  • Payments are guaranteed even if your bags are returned after the 96-hour service period—in such cases, keep your bags and keep your OMR 400.00 payment.
  • No proof of baggage contents (receipts) is required to receive the OMR 400.00 payment.

  • Report your mishandled baggage to Oman Air staff to receive a File Reference Number and a copy of your Property Irregularity Report provided by the airline.

  • The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
