MySpace Terms & Conditions

  • MySpace service is applicable for Oman Air operating flights with ticket numbers starts with (910) and it is for economy class only.
  • MySpace is subject to availability of economy class seat on the flight.
  • Passenger cannot select any seat beyond the seat block itself in the row.
  • Passenger Booked on Exit Seat and Bulkhead Seat cannot block the seat using My Space.
  • Passenger can submit the “My space “ request in advanced; however, if the offer is accepted, he will be getting the confirmation within 48 hours prior to departure. If the offer is not successful, the amount will be reversed back to the same card used for the transaction.
  • This service is available for the requested flight only and it cannot be transferred to another flight or to another passenger.
  • In case of Voluntary Changes, Service is Non Refundable once it is confirmed.
  • In case of involuntary reasons like the airline’s operational reasons such as flight overbook, equipment change & flight delay for connecting flights which cause on missing the connecting flight, the guest will get the refund of full amount.
  • The refund process is automated after the flight departure. In case, the guest will not receive the refund within 7 working days, then please email easyupgrade@omanair.com.

Oman air reserves the right to decide whether or not to:

  • Offer this service on any flight.
  • Release the seat block for any operational reasons.
  • By submitting the offer, the passenger accepts all terms and conditions of the MySpace Program.
  • Oman Air reserves the right to amend the previous conditions at any time.
