The service available for purchase up to 3 hours prior to departure at a cost of 10 OMR per person, per flight. Guests may purchase the service through various channels, including the Oman Air website, Oman Air sales offices, the Oman Air call center (+968-24531111), or during online check-in. 

Where to check in 

• Passengers departing from international terminals should use the dedicated Oman Air Business Class counters. 

• Check-in is available at counters C1, C2, and C3 for passengers departing from Muscat International Airport. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Service does not include passport control and security counters 

  • Fees are non-refundable and non-reusable.  

  • Service can be purchased up to three (3) hours before departure. 

  • In the event of a no-show, the service cannot be used on another date. 

  • Service cannot be exchanged for any other service(s).
