Oman Air has teamed up with DHL to scrap high baggage charges. Guests flying on Oman Air can visit their local DHL service point and send their baggage via DHL and save.
All guests need to do is present their baggage at their local DHL service point along with a copy a valid Oman Air ticket or confirmation documentation and they will receive specific rates for inter GCC travel, Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent with separate rates for travel to Europe and Asia Pacific. Guests are required to provide a valid address and point of contact for their final destination.
Baggage can be sent to Nepal And Bangladesh for a fraction of the cost usually required to send these packages
DHL service point in Oman, include Seeb, Al Khuwair, Sohar, Muscat, Qurum and Salalah.
Guests can track their packages on the move via phone, sms, email or online via DHL.com. Packages take between 2-3 days to arrive.
The service allows Oman Air’s guests to have their baggage delivered to their hotel room arriving stress and baggage free making their journey that bit easier and enjoyable.
Oman Air guests will receive special DHL rates on production of a valid Oman Air ticket with specific rates for Inter GCC travel, Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent and separate rates for travel to Europe and Asia Pacific.
DHL standard terms and conditions will apply for each shipment and DHL will be responsible for all processing of Oman Air guests’ requirements.
