Oman Air is offering flexible options to support your travel plans. The options available depend on whether your flight has been impacted by a cancellation, schedule change or operating as per schedule.

Guests holding Oman Air tickets on impacted flights by a schedule change or a cancellation

Date Changes

One Free date change is permitted within 30 days of originally booked date (s).

• Rebooking is permitted within ticket validity* in the same cabin, subject to availability of seats.
• The original duration of stay may be preserved.

Or

One Free date change is permitted after 30 days of originally booked dates (s).

• Travel must be completed by 31 October 2026 or within ticket validity*, whichever is earlier.
• Rebooking must be made in the same booking class as originally ticketed.
• The original duration of stay may be preserved.
• If the original booking class is unavailable, fare difference will apply.
• Reissue must be completed by 31 May 2026 

*Ticket is valid one year from date of issuance 

Change of Destination (Rerouting)

Guests may choose to change their destination.

• One Free date change is permitted within 30 days of originally booked date (s).
• Origin and/or destination may be changed to any point within the same country as originally booked.
• Origin and/or destination may be changed to any point within 500 miles (TPM) as originally booked, regardless of country.

Refunds 

In case of flight cancellation, full refunds may be processed regardless of fare rules, with all refund penalties waived. 

If your ticket is issued on/before 28 February 2026 and your original travel date is between 28 February and 30 April 2026, the below conditions apply:

Guests Originating from UK, EU/EEA, Switzerland and Russia

to Oman and GCC destinations – excluding JED/MED/TIF

Guests Travelling from/to the Rest of the Network (Flights operating as per schedule)

All after-sales (changes and refunds) must be made in accordance with ticketed fare rules/conditions.

How to Manage Your Booking

For bookings made directly through Oman Air channels, guests may manage their booking or submit refund requests via Manage Booking on omanair.com, including through the Oman Air Refund Form.

Guests are advised to review their booking details via Manage Booking.

Bookings Made Through Travel Agents

If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent or third-party website, please contact the original point of purchase for assistance.

Important Information

• Ticket Reissue must be completed by 31 May 2026.
• Guests are advised to ensure their contact details are updated in Manage Booking.
• Guests travelling within the next 48 hours are encouraged to contact Oman Air directly.
• Guests travelling later are advised to contact us closer to their departure date.
