Due to the overwhelming demand from the passengers to travel in the Muscat / Salalah sector during the Shura Council Election period, Oman Air has increased its frequency of flights during this time.
This comes from the National Carrier's deep-rooted commitment towards fulfilling its national and social responsibilities. Oman Air's increased frequency of flights will help voters to participate in the Shura Council's 7th term elections.
Oman Air will operate 5 flights a day from 12 Wednesday to 14 Friday October, between Muscat and Salalah. On Saturday 15 October, Oman Air will increase the number of flights to 6 between the two destinations.
An Oman Air spokesperson said that the National Carrier of Oman continues to provide its services to cater to the citizens of Dhofar Governorate and to meet their demands. The airline will monitor the situation closely and increase the number of flights if required.
