Oman Air enhances its popular Sinbad frequent flier programme

As part of the continuous efforts to ensure that its guests receive the best service, Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, has launched online redemption for its valued Sindbad members. The new system will enable customers to spend their miles for flight tickets online.

Until now, Sindbad members had to contact Oman Air’s loyalty team to get their redemption tickets issued. Thanks to the implementation of the new process, Sinbad members can now purchase their ticket for miles online on Oman Air’s website.

To purchase their tickets for miles online, members can simply select the flight of their choice, combine it with any extras, such as lounge access at Muscat International Airport or seats with extra leg room, and pay with their credit card. The new system is convenient and flexible, giving Sindbad members countless booking options, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
