In addition to these internal moves, three outstanding members of staff have joined Oman Air from other airlines. Waheed Al Balushi has been appointed as Airport Service Manager at Kuala Lumpur, Maher Al Zadjali will take on the same role at Lahore and Fahad Al Suleimani is the new ASM at Dubai.
Announcing the appointments, Saleem Amanulla, General Manager – Airport Services at Oman Air, said: “We are delighted to welcome those members of staff who have just joined Oman Air and we congratulate those who have been appointed to new positions.
“It is particularly satisfying for the Sultanate of Oman’s national airline that all the new appointees are Omani nationals. This is testament to the long-term, strategic vision of Oman Air’s management, which has resulted in Omanis with the appropriate qualifications and experience taking up senior positions within the airline. Oman Air’s commitment to the country and its people continues to bear fruit and we look forward to further appointments across the company in the future.”
