Passengers are not allowed to enter Oman.

• This does not apply to:
• nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates;
• passengers with a resident visa issued by Oman;
• passengers with a visa.
• - passengers who can obtain a visa on arrival

2. GCC citizens, residents with valid residency permits and passengers with valid visa are allowed to enter the Sultanate without prior approval.
3. Effective 25th February 2021 starting from 12:00pm for 15 days until 11:59 am of 12th March 2021 following restrictions apply: Suspension of entry to the Sultanate to the arrivals from 10 countries: the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of Lebanon, the Republic of South Africa, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Federal Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Ghana, the Republic of Guinea, the Republic of Sierra Leone and the Democratic Federal Republic of Ethiopia, and those who are arriving from any other country if they have passed any of the mentioned 10 countries within 14 days prior to the request to enter the Sultanate. Omani Citizens, diplomats, health staff and their families are exempted from above and shall be subject to all other current procedures adopted to enter the Sultanate of Oman.
4. All passengers arriving in Oman are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman. The COVID-19 PCR test shall be a validated and certified medical test result written in Arabic or English.
5. All passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from Covid-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and passengers with free treatment card.
6. Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, passengers must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman, pay the twenty-five (25) OMR test fees and download Tarassud+. Airlines must not check in any passenger who did not complete this requirement.
7. All passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on arrival, (Tarrasud+) bracelet, quarantine for seven (7) days and COVID-19 (PCR) test on the eighth day.
8. Aircraft crews, and children from aged 15 years and less are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test and Tarassud+ bracelet.
9. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 7 days in Oman must download the Hmushrif app.
10. Aircraft crews are exempted from the quarantine and subject to the precautionary measures issued by the Ministry of Health.
11. Diplomats working at foreign embassies accredited to the Sultanate of Oman and diplomats visiting the Sultanate are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test, Tarassud+ and the bracelet however, they are subject to a seven-day quarantine.
From 12pm on Monday 15th February, all guests arriving in to the Sultanate of Oman will be required to undergo 7 nights institutional (hotel) quarantine at their own expense.

To minimise inconvenience on arrival, the following rules will apply to all guests at time of check-in for Oman Air flights scheduled to arrive in Oman after 12pm on the 15th February:

• All guests will need to provide proof of a hotel booking for 7 nights, or a guarantee letter from their sponsor which specifies details of the arrangements that have been made in accordance with the institutional quarantine requirements.
• In addition, the following will also need to be provided:
• proof of a negative PCR test (dated within 72 hours of the scheduled time of arrival in Oman).
• completion of pre-registration (via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel) for a mandatory PCR test on arrival, payment of the OMR25 test fee, and downloading of the Tarassud+ app.
• health insurance including coverage for COVID-19 for a period of one month from the date of scheduled arrival in Oman.
• Guests that are unable to provide the above will not be able to travel.

The following exceptions apply to the above requirements:

• Guests who are connecting on to another flight and will not pass through immigration in Oman.
• Guests aged 16 years old or younger are exempted from PCR test on arrival and from wearing tracking bracelet.
• Guest aged 60 and above and unaccompanied minors 16 years old or younger are exempted from institutional quarantine but should undergo 7 nights home quarantine.
• Diplomats accredited to Oman, Diplomats visiting Oman, and their family members are exempt from all above requirements, but should undergo 7 nights home quarantine.
• Guests arriving with a guarantee letter from their sponsor, confirming the provision of MoH approved quarantine facilities are exempted from institutional quarantine but shall remain in the quarantine facility provided by their sponsor.
• Nationals of the following 7 countries are exempted from the online registration requirements: Iran, North Korea, Russia, South Korea, Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria.
• Omani and GCC nationals do not require Covid-19 health insurance

With regard to the 8 day institutional quarantine requirement:

• Guests may make bookings at any hotel in Oman, however a list of recommended establishments can be provided by the Oman Ministry of Social Development.
• Complete institutional quarantine packages are available through several travel agents based in Oman.
• Oman Air Holidays is also able to assist with hotel bookings and Quarantine packages.

Following category are exempted from presenting pre-confirmed hotel reservations before they are checked in at the airport of departure: -
1. Diplomats working at foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the Sultanate, diplomats visiting the Sultanate and their families.
2. Arrivals under the age of 16, and arrivals at the age of 60 and above.
3. Aircrew, subject to the precautionary measures issued by the Ministry of Health.
4. Sick passengers whose health conditions require special attention as per the attached health form. The exception includes two companions with female or under 18 years old patients and only one companion with male patient above 18.
5. Holders of permits for private institutional isolation centers that are pre-approved by the Relief & Shelter Sector.
6. For sea crews moored in the territorial waters if the Sultanate, airlines are obliged to ensure that there is a hotel reservation covering the duration of their stay in Oman based on the letter of the shipping agent.

Conditions of acceptance of entrance without Visa
11. Passport validity should be not less than 6 months
12. Traveler to hold a confirmed and booked Return ticket, a confirmed Hotel booking for the entire period of his/her stay, a health insurance and cash amount to cover his expenses during his stay in Oman.
13. Traveler will be allowed to stay in Oman for 10 days (non-extendable).
14. In case a traveler stays more than the allowed 10 days, a fine of 10 OMR per day will be charged.
15. In case the period of 10 days is not enough for their stay, travelers can request the available types of Visa before arrival to Oman.
16. Spouse and children (from other nationalities) of the passport holder (exempted from Visa) can benefit as well from the exemption in case they travel together.
17. GCC residents, or holders of work visa or tourist visa from GCC countries can benefit of the 10 days’ free visa if they are nationals of the listed 103 countries for Visa exemption.
18. Nationals of countries listed under list 2 can benefit of Visa exemption in case they are residents or valid visa holders from the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Schengen EU, Japan.
19. Other Visas (Tourist visa One month, one-year Visa multiple entry) remains available for nationals of the first and second list of countries only according to the current visa process.
20. In case the traveler is on Oman black list, he/she will be deported accordingly to the point of origin (commencement of travel).
21. This facility does not allow to any individual to work in Oman and does not allow the change of the Visa type at any time (work, resident, one-year tourist visa, one-month tourist visa).
Passengers Departing from Oman:-
1. Omani citizen shall have health insurance covering COVID-19 valid in the country they are travelling to

1. Flights to Bangladesh are suspended.

• immediate family members of a national of Canada or a permanent resident of Canada who are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must prove that the purpose of their travel is to be with their immediate family member who is a national of Canada or permanent resident of Canada and that they intend to stay for at least 15 days;
• extended family members of a national of Canada or a permanent resident of Canada who are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must prove that they intend to be with their extended family member who is a national of Canada or permanent resident of Canada and that they intend to stay at least 15 days. They must have a statutory declaration signed by the Canadian national or permanent resident attesting to the relationship. They must also have a letter issued by IRCC;
• passengers who enter on Compassionate Grounds and are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must have a letter issued by PHAC;
• passengers who enter for the purpose of an International Single Sport Event. They must be asymptomatic and have a letter issued by the Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage (PCH).

2. Passengers arriving from a country other than the USA are not allowed to enter until 21 January 2021.
• This does not apply to:
• nationals of Canada;
• permanent residents of Canada;
• passengers who are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and travel for a non-optional or non-discretionary purpose. They must be one of the 24 classes of persons in section 3 (1) of the Order in Council OIC 2020-0796;

• immediate family members of a national of Canada or a permanent resident of Canada who are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must prove that the purpose of their travel is to be with their immediate family member who is a national of Canada or permanent resident of Canada and that they intend to stay for at least 15 days;
• extended family members of a national of Canada or a permanent resident of Canada who are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must prove that they intend to be with their extended family member who is a national of Canada or permanent resident of Canada and that they intend to stay at least 15 days. They must have a statutory declaration signed by the Canadian national or permanent resident attesting to the relationship. They must also have a letter issued by IRCC;
• passengers who enter on Compassionate Grounds and are asymptomatic for Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must have a letter issued by PHAC;

All travel restrictions may be prolonged as necessary for public health reasons.

6.Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR, RT-PCR, Nucleic-acid Amplification Test (NAAT), LAMP or RT-LAMP test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Canada.

• - passengers younger than 5 years;
• - passengers with a medical certificate with a positive Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR, RT-PCR, Nucleic-acid Amplification Test (NAAT), LAMP or RT-LAMP test result of a test taken at least 14 days and at most 90 days before departure of the last direct flight to Canada.
7.Passengers are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) molecular test upon arrival and another test during quarantine.

• - passengers with a medical certificate with a positive Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR, RT-PCR, Nucleic-acid Amplification Test (NAAT), LAMP or RT-LAMP test result of a test taken at least 14 days and at most 90 days before departure of the last direct flight to Canada;
• - residents of Point Roberts in Washington in the USA entering Canada to return to their place of residence;
• - passengers who are members of the Canadian Forces or a visiting force traveling on duty;

submit their travel and contact information, including a suitable quarantine plan, electronically via Arrive CAN before boarding their flight or crossing the border;
take a COVID-19 molecular test on arrival; and
take a COVID-19 molecular test later during their quarantine.
As of February 21, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET, travelers arriving by air will be required to reserve and stay in a government-authorized accommodation (hotel) for up to three nights, at their own cost, while they await the results of the COVID-19 molecular test they took on arrival, before completing the rest of their mandatory 14-day quarantine period.
Travelers arriving by air
As of February 21, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET, air travellers, unless exempted, will be required to take a COVID-19 molecular test:
• on arrival in Canada, while at the airport; and
• later during their mandatory quarantine period in either a designated quarantine facility or at a suitable place of quarantine.
Before leaving the airport, travelers will be provided with a COVID-19 test kit or instructions for taking their test later during their mandatory 14-day quarantine period.
All air travelers, unless exempt, will also be required to stay in a government-authorized accommodation for up to three nights while they await the results of the COVID-19 molecular test they took on arrival.
Travelers must reserve their accommodation prior to departure to Canada and pay for the cost of their 3-night mandatory stay.
Travelers must present proof of having reserved and pre-paid for their accommodation through ArriveCAN. Travelers will also be required to submit a more stringent quarantine plan electronically via ArriveCAN prior to boarding a flight to Canada.
After taking the arrival test at the airport, travelers will proceed to their government-authorized accommodation for their 3-night stay. Following the 3-night mandatory stay travelers will still have to complete the remainder of the mandatory 14-day quarantine at a suitable place of quarantine.
Any traveler who refuses to take a COVID-19 test on arrival at the airport may be subject to a fine of up to $3,000.
These travelers would also be required to go to a federal designated quarantine facility to take a COVID-19 test and receive a negative test result, to continue their onward travel to complete the rest of their 14-day quarantine.
Any travelers who present with symptoms of COVID-19 on arrival will be directed to a federal designated quarantine facility or other suitable quarantine location.
Travelers who provide proof of a previous positive test result taken between 14 and 90 days before departure to Canada in lieu of a negative test will continue to be exempt from testing on arrival and during quarantine. This exemption addresses the potential for residual positive tests given that individuals can continue to test positive up to three months after they have recovered and are no longer infectious. These travelers will also be exempt from the mandatory 3-night stay at a government-authorized accommodation, but must still quarantine for 14 days at a suitable place of quarantine.
These new measures are in addition to existing mandatory pre-boarding and health requirements for air travellers which include:
• pre-departure testing;
• refusing boarding for anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 unless they have a medical certificate stating that their symptoms are not COVID-19 related;
• temperature screening and health check questions; and,
• wearing masks on board flights to Canada.
On the mandatory 3-night stay at a government-authorized accommodation
As of February 21, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET, all air travellers, with limited exceptions, will also be required to reserve and stay in a government-authorized accommodation for up to three nights, at their own cost, while they await the results of their COVID-19 molecular test.
Canada’s hotel community is supporting public health efforts to prevent further spread of COVID-19 in our country by providing accommodation for the mandatory 3-night requirement for air travelers to Canada.
Hotel booking information will be online as of February 18, 2021. There will be a number of hotels to choose from, located near each of the four international airports in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal.
Hotels listed for booking by arriving travelers for mandatory 3-night stays will be privately-owned hotels that have agreed to meet public health guidelines and selection criteria for the purposes of accommodating travelers while they await their COVID-19 test results.
Costs of these hotel stays may vary slightly at each location. The price will include costs associated with the room, food, cleaning, infection prevention and control measures, security and transportation.
Travelers who have their own car at the airport can drive themselves to their government-authorized accommodation. Those who do not have their own vehicle will take transportation provided by the hotel.
Travelers who receive a negative result from the test they took on arrival can leave the government-authorized accommodation to complete the remainder of the mandatory 14-day quarantine period at:
o their final place of quarantine; or,
o a federal designated quarantine facility if they do not have a suitable quarantine plan.
Travelers who receive a positive result from the test they took on arrival will move to a federal designated quarantine facility or other suitable location to isolate for the remainder of the 14–day quarantine period.

Passenger travelling from or via Oman
1. Entry by foreign nationals holding a visa is suspended.

• This does not apply to:
• foreign nationals with a visa issued after 28 March 2020 with the place of issue outside the Mainland of China. They must not arrive from Bangladesh, Belgium, France, India, Italy, Philippines, Russian Fed. and United Kingdom;
• foreign nationals with a diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visa;
• foreign nationals with a visa issued after 3 November 2020.

2. Entry by foreign nationals with a residence permit is suspended.

• This does not apply to:
• foreign nationals with a permanent residence permit;
• foreign nationals with a residence permit with the purpose 'work', 'personal matters' or 'reunion'. They must not arrive from Bangladesh, Belgium, France, India, Italy, Philippines, Russian Fed. and United Kingdom.

3. Entry by foreign nationals with an APEC Business Travel Card is suspended.
4. Port visas, 24/72/144-hour visa-free transit policy, Hainan 30-day visa-free policy, 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-group-tour through Shanghai Port, Guangdong 144-hour visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries are suspended.
5. Foreign nationals coming to the mainland of China for necessary economic, trade, scientific or technological activities or out of emergency humanitarian needs may apply for visas at Chinese embassies or consulates.
6. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days at the first point of entry.
7. Airline crew of foreign airlines:

• are not required to undergo nucleic acid test if they have a short stay after landing then depart immediately, and do not leave apron during the transition; OR
• shall receive nucleic acid test in the first port of entry if they need to enter the country to rest or continue to operate domestic routes. The test results will be confirmed by the local government in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention management. Only if the test results are negative, crews can continue the operations; OR
• are allowed to return to their home country for isolation treatment when agreed by the local joint control mechanism, if they are symptomatic, in close contact with infected persons or tested positive. Airlines and crews shall make all commitments to bear their responsibilities and also carry out strict protections.

8. A completed "Exit/Entry Health Declaration Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained before departure at http://health.customsapp.com/.
9. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) arriving directly from Oman in China must have a green QR code with an 'HS' mark. The code can be obtained from the WeChat App 'Fang Yi Jian Kang Ma Guo Ji Ban'（https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ ） by uploading a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result issued 48 hours before departure and a negative IgM anti-body test result issued 48 hours before departure. Passengers not arriving directly in China (People's Rep.) must repeat both tests in the transit countries and obtain a new green QR code with an 'HS' mark in each transit country. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to China before boarding. Validity period of health code is calculated based on sampling date.
10. Passengers arriving directly from Oman in China must have a green QR code with an 'HDC' mark or a Health Declaration Form issued by a Chinese embassy or consulate. The code or the form can be obtained with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result issued 48 hours before departure and a negative IgM anti-body test result issued 48 hours before departure. Passengers not arriving directly in China (People's Rep.) must repeat both tests in the transit countries and obtain a new green QR code or Health Declaration Form in each transit country. passengers must email the scanned copies of their negative nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests results along with their passport information page and the signed health declaration form to the Chinese embassy/consulates mailbox. The Chinese embassy/consulates will then examine and verify the above information and email the stamped certified health declaration form back to the passenger. 4. Passengers arriving from any other country must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before (from the time test specimen given to hospital) before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. The medical certificate must be issued and stamped by an approved laboratory and must not have any scraping, cancellation or written addition. The test must be based on a nasal or oral swab.

5. Passengers arriving on direct flights at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Taba (TCP) without a printed negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result are subject to a PCR test on arrival at their own expense.

5. Airline crew who are arriving from or have transited through the United Kingdom:
- must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; and
- are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test upon arrival.
6. Negative test report shall be checked before allowing the passenger to board the flight.
7. The concerned airlines shall ensure that prior to check-in, the traveler is explained about this SOP particularly Section 3, sub-section (vi) of this SOP, besides displaying the same prominently in the waiting areas of the airports.
8. In-flight announcements must also be made explaining the relevant information to the passengers. Relevant information in this regard shall be prominently displayed in arrival area and waiting area of the airports of arrival.
9. All the passengers arriving from UK in all international flights would be mandatorily subjected to self-paid RT-PCR tests on arrival at the Indian airports concerned (port of entry).
10. Passengers are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to:

16. Passengers arriving GOI must hold RT-PCR negative test report taken within 96 hours prior to departure.

18. Effective 22 February 2021, passengers arriving from Afghanistan, Bahrain, Brazil, France, Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, Netherlands, Oman, Qatar, Russian Fed., South Africa, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) molecular test upon arrival at their own expense and quarantine for up to 14 days.
Effective 22nd February 2021 (23:59 IST) following applies
Part A – For all international travellers except travellers coming through flights originating from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East • All travellers should (i) submit self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal (www.newdelhiairport.in) before the scheduled travel (ii) upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report.
This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey.
Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise.
• They should also give an undertaking on the portal or otherwise to Ministry of Civil Aviation,Govt. of India, through concerned airlines before they are allowed to undertake the journey that they would abide by the decision of the appropriate government authority to undergo home quarantine/ self-monitoring of their health for 14 days, or as warranted.
• Arrival in India without negative report shall be allowed only for those traveling to India in the exigency of death in the family.
• If they wish to seek such exemption under para (iii) above, they shall apply to the online portal (www.newdelhiairport.in) at least 72 hours before boarding. The decision taken by the government as communicated on the online portal will be final.
Before Boarding
• Do’s and Don'ts shall be provided along with ticket to the travellers by the airlines/agencies concerned.
• Airlines to allow boarding only those passengers who have filled in the Self-Declaration Form on the Air Suvidha portal and uploaded the negative RT-PCR test report.
• At the time of boarding the flight, only asymptomatic travellers will be allowed to board after thermal screening.
• All passengers shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile devices.
• Suitable precautionary measures such as environmental sanitation and disinfection shall be ensured at the airports.
• During boarding all possible measures to ensure physical distancing are to be ensured.
During Travel
• Suitable announcement about COVID-19 including precautionary measures to be followed shall be made at airports and in flights and during transit.
• While on board the flight, required precautions such as wearing of masks, environmental hygiene, respiratory hygiene, hand hygiene etc. are to be observed by airline staff, crew and all passengers.
On arrival
• DE boarding should be done ensuring physical distancing.
• Thermal screening would be carried out in respect of all the passengers by the health officials present at the airport. The self-declaration form filled online shall be shown to the airport health staff.
• The passengers found to be symptomatic during screening shall be immediately isolated and taken to medical facility as per health protocol.
• The passengers who have been exempted for pre-arrival RT-PCR testing (as approved and indicated on the online portal in advance) will show the same to the respective State counters. They will be prioritized for sample collection in the designated area, samples collected and permitted to exit the airport. They shall monitor their health for 14 days (subject to negative test report of the sample taken at the Airport that would be conveyed to such travellers by the concerned State authorities/airport operators).
• All other passengers who have uploaded RT-PCR negative certificates on Air Suvidha portal shall be allowed to leave the airport/ take transit flights and will be required to undertake self-monitoring of their health for 14 days.
• All such passengers will also be provided the list of the National and State level surveillance officers and the respective call centre numbers, so as to inform State/National Call Centres in case they develop symptoms at any time during the quarantine or self-monitoring of their health.
Part B – For all international travellers coming/transiting through flights originating from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East
All the clauses as above (part A) shall be applicable to such travellers coming/transiting from flights originating in United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East except for clauses on testing, quarantine and isolation as specified below:
All international travellers coming/transiting from flights originating from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East as described in the scope above should submit Self-Declaration Form (SDF) for COVID on the online Air Suvidha portal (www.newdelhiairport.in) before the scheduled travel and will be required to declare their travel history (of past 14 days).
• While filling SDF, apart from providing all other information required in the SDF, passengers need to select:
1) Whether they plan to disembark at the arrival airport or take further flights to reach their
2) final destination in India.
3) Based on this selection, the receipt of SDF (dispatched online to the transiting travellers)
4) will display “T” (Transit) in easily readable and bigger font than other text.
5) The passengers will need to display this receipt to State authority / Government officials
6) at the airport for segregation.
• Keeping in mind the testing requirements for passengers from UK, Brazil and South Africa, who have to take connecting flights, airlines should keep the passengers informed about the need for transit time of a minimum 6-8 hours at the entry airport (in India) while booking the tickets for connecting flights.
• All the passengers arriving from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East shall be carrying negative RT-PCR Test report for which test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. The same also shall be uploaded on the online portal (www.newdelhiairport.in). iv. Airlines to allow boarding only those passengers who have filled in the SDF on the Air Suvidha portal and uploaded the negative RT-PCR test report.
• The concerned airlines shall ensure that prior to check-in, the traveller is explained about this SOP particularly clause (ix) of part B of this SOP, besides displaying the same prominently in the waiting areas of the airports.
• Airlines should identify the international travellers arriving from/transiting through United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa (during past 14 days) and segregate them in-flight or while disembarking to facilitate the authorities to follow the due protocol in respect of these travellers.
• In-flight announcements must also be made explaining the relevant information to the passengers. Relevant information in this regard shall be prominently displayed in arrival area and waiting area of the airports of arrival.
• The immigration officers of these identified airports shall also ensure identification of travellers (from their passports) who originated or transited from UK, Brazil and South Africa (during past 14 days).
• All the travellers arriving from/transiting through flights originating in United Kingdom, Europe or Middle East shall be mandatorily subjected to self-paid confirmatory molecular tests on arrival at the Indian airports concerned (port of entry). Entry made in the SDF regarding telephone number and address would be reconfirmed.
• Adequate arrangements for passengers waiting for their confirmatory molecular test as well as test results duly following effective isolation may also be made at the airports in conjunction with the airport authorities.
• The airport authority shall ensure streamlining of the systems for testing at the concerned airports to ensure seamless sampling, testing, and waiting arrangements to avoid crowding and inconvenience to passengers. Once passengers arrive at the entry airport, Airport Operator should lay down a well-defined flow for such passengers at their respective arrival terminals leading to the waiting lounges and to the exit from the terminal.
• Airports can provide options to the passengers to do online booking of the confirmatory molecular test through respective website (Air Suvidha portal) or other appropriate platforms as well as to do offline booking. As far as possible digital payment facilities to be ensured.
• Sample collection cum waiting lounge for the passengers should follow all sanitization and physical distancing related guidelines issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare from time to time.
• The States/UTs Government concerned should set up helpdesks at airports concerned to facilitate implementation of the SOP.
Travellers from UK, Brazil and South Africa taking connecting flights from the arrival international airport (‘T” in their SDF).
• Give sample at designated area and exit airport only after confirmation of negative test report which may take 6-8 hours.
• Those transit travellers from UK, Brazil and South Africa who are found negative on testing at the airport shall be allowed to take their connecting flights and would be advised quarantine at home for 7 days and regularly followed up by the concerned State/District IDSP. These travellers shall be tested after 7 days and if negative, released from quarantine, and continue to monitor their health for a further 7 days.
• All those tested positive shall undergo the procedure as detailed in clause (xviii) below.
All travellers from UK, Brazil and South Africa existing at the arrival airport:
• Will give their sample in the designated area and exit the airport. They will be followed up by the State Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP).
• The concerned State authorities/airport operators will collect and convey the test report to the traveller.
• If tested negative, they will remain in home quarantine for 7 days and regularly followed up by the concerned State/District IDSP. These travellers shall again be tested after 7 days and if negative, released from quarantine, and continue to monitor their health for a further 7 days.
• All those tested positive shall undergo the procedure as detailed in clause (xviii) below.
All other travellers from Europe and Middle East (other than those in flights originating from Brazil, South Africa and United Kingdom) who have to exit the destination airport or take connecting flights to their final domestic destination:
Shall give samples at the designated area and exit the airport.
The concerned State authorities/airport operators will collect and convey the test report to the traveller.
If the test report is negative, they will be advised to self-monitor their health for 14 days.
If the test report is positive, they will undergo treatment as per standard health protocol.
Travellers from Brazil, South Africa and United Kingdom, testing positive
(either at the airport or subsequently during home quarantine period or their contacts who turn positive) shall be isolated in an institutional isolation facility in a separate (isolation) unit coordinated by the respective State Health Authorities. They would earmark specific facilities for such isolation and treatment and take necessary action to send the positive samples to Indian SARS-CoV-2 Genomics Consortium (INSACOG) Labs.
If the report of the sequencing is consistent with the current SARS-CoV-2 virus genome circulating in the country; the ongoing treatment protocol including home isolation/treatment at facility level as per case severity may be followed.
If the genomic sequencing indicates the presence of new variant of SARS-CoV-2 then the patient will continue to remain in a separate isolation unit. While necessary treatment as per the existing protocol will be given, the patient shall be tested on 14th day, after having tested positive in the initial test. The patient will be kept in the isolation facility till his sample is tested negative.
The State-wise passenger manifest of the flights originating from Europe and Middle East and landing at Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai airports in India for the said period shall be conveyed by the Bureau of Immigration to State Government/Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP) [idsp-npo@nic.in and designated e-mails provided by the respective State Governments] so that this data would be provided to the surveillance teams. This data of manifests provided by Bureau of Immigration will be supplemented by the online Self- Declaration Forms available on ‘AIR SUVIDHA’ portal.
All the contacts* of travellers arriving from UK, South Africa and Brazil who test positive (either at the airport or subsequently during home quarantine period), shall be subjected to institutional quarantine in separate quarantine centers and would be tested on the 7th day (or early if develop symptoms). Contacts testing positive shall be accordingly further followed as mentioned in Clause above.
Information regarding any passenger covered within the scope of this SOP, who has moved to another State will be immediately notified to the concerned State Health Authority. If any passenger is not traceable initially or during any duration while being followed up should be immediately notified to Central Surveillance Unit of IDSP by the District Surveillance Officer. International Travellers on short stay
International travellers (covered under Part A or Part B) on short stay (less than 14 days) and who have tested negative and remain symptom free, shall undergo all the procedures as above and shall be permitted to leave India under proper intimation to their District/State health authorities, subject to them fulfilling the requirement of the airlines and destination country.
Contacts of the suspect case are the co-passengers seated in the same row, 3 rows in front and 3 rows behind along with identified Cabin Crew. Also, all the community contacts of those travellers who have tested positive (during home quarantine period) would be subjected to institutional quarantine in separate Quarantine Centers for 14 days and tested as per

19. Passengers must wear Personal Protection Equipment(PPE), which includes N95 mask, face shield, hand gloves and PPE gown for safety of self and co-passengers.
20. Passenger should have sanitizer for frequent disinfection of hands during the travel.
21. Passengers should submit a self-declaration form on www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel and carry the acknowledgment mail with unique reference number while boarding.

24. Passengers arriving COK shall submit completed Affidavit to authorities in arrival.
Passengers arriving in to Delhi (DEL)
25. Passengers are not allowed to transit Delhi (DEL)
26. All passengers should submit Online SDR(Self-declaration form) 72 hours prior to arrival at WWW.newdelhiairport.in and for any kind of exemption from institutional quarantine they should request on same site.
27. All passenger must hold negative RT-PCR certificate within 96hours prior to arrival.
28. Passengers can have RT-PCR test in DEL at airport upon arrival. Payment INR5000 (INR 2500 for Test INR 2500 for lounge usage for 06hrs). Passenger needs to wait for 06 HRS at airport to get his report. Passengers arriving in to State of Tamil Nadu (MAA)
29. Passengers traveling to Chennai (MAA) must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure and the certificate must be in English. Passengers must complete TN E-pass prior to acceptance at departure.
30. Passengers traveling to Tiruchirappalli (TRZ) must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure. Passengers arriving in to State of Karnataka (BLR)
31. Travellers must submit the Air Suvidha self-reporting form on the online portal https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registrationat least 72 hours before scheduled travel. It is mandatory to fill this form prior to boarding.
32. Passenger must print the Self-Declaration form (SDF) and on arrival this form must be provided to immigration
33. All passengers must download Aarogya Setu app, Quarantine Watch app and ApthamitraApp on their mobile devices. (https://covid19.karnataka.gov.in/new-page/softwares/en).
34. Business/ short term travellers whose duration of stay is between 48 hours and 7 days shall produce the negative RT-PCR test report for verification upon arrival at BLR Airport to the State Government officials to be exempt from quarantine. Such passengers shall submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the test report. Business Travellers must carry following documents;

39. Business Travellers with less than 48hours stay do not require COVID-19 Test or Quarantine upon arrival
40. Business Travellers with stay between 48hours and 7 days require COVID-19 test (self-paid) upon arrival unless passenger is holding a RT-PCR negative Test Report issued with 96hours prior to departure.
41. The cost of COVID-19 test (only on need basis) shall be borne by the passengers (**RAT: Rs 700 | ***RT-PCR: Rs 2,500) or as per guidelines issued by Govt. of Karnataka from time-to-time.
42. All International passengers arriving in Karnataka from any country shall have COVID negative certificate (issued within 72 hours from time of departure) If passenger arrive without a COVID-19 negative certificate they will be mandatorily subjected to RT-PCR test for Covid-19 at the port of entry to Karnataka.
43. RT-PCR test facility (Auriga Research Facility) is available in the Airport premises, which passengers can avail at their own cost.
44. RT-PCR testing shall be done for all passengers originating from UK, including those transiting in other airports outside UK.
45. Those who are RT-PCR positive shall be under hospital isolation and positive samples shall be sent to NIMHANS, Bengaluru for molecular testing.
46. Passengers who are RT-PCR negative, shall be under strict home quarantine for 14 days.
47. Contact details of all such passengers should be informed to District Surveillance Officers for quarantine follow-up.
48. In view of new variants of SARS-COV-2 virus identified from Brazil and South Africa it is mandatory that international travelers who have visited/transited through Brazil and South Africa, irrespective of their negative RTPCR certificate before boarding the flight, should additionally undergo RT-PCR testing at Bengaluru airport. Those who test positive shall undergo institutional quarantine for 14 days & the positive sample shall be sent to NIMHANS for Genome sequencing. They shall be discharged after consecutive 2 sample are negative through RT PCR, done 24 hrs. apart. And those who test negative shall be in home quarantine for 14 days & a follow up RT PCR shall be conducted on 7th day.
49. It is mandatory for all the passengers travelling in flights originating from United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East to possess a RT-PCR Negative test certificate (not older than 72 HrsJ before boarding the flight. Additionally, these passengers shall undergo RT-PCR test after arriving in Karnataka. The sample for the said RT-PCR test shall be collected and tested by ICMR approved laboratory set up at Airport premises both Bengaluru and Mangalore Airports. The cost of the test shall be borne by the passengers. The testing laboratory shall charge Rs 500/- per test for RT-pCR (with pooling of samples @ 1:3) and the result shall be conveyed within 4 hrs, whereas a maximum of Rs 3000/- shall be charged for Express RT-PCR Test (Abbott) and the result to be conveyed within 30 minutes. The International passengers from United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa shall be allowed to leave the airport premises only after obtaining the RT-pcR negative test result. The person testing positive shall comply with the protocol issued by GoK. Further, the International Passengers other than United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa, shall be allowed to leave the Airport premises after submission of samples for RT-PCR Test. The result ofthe test shall be conveyed to the concerned in due course for further action.
Passengers arriving in to State of Maharashtra (BOM)
1. Must complete online application form for self-reporting/declaration at www.newdelhiairport.in. Passengers are required to carry two copies of the printed Self-Reporting Form for submission to authorities on arrival.
2. Passengers who are residents of Mumbai & who undergo COVID19 RT-PCR test at CSMIA after landing, need to sing the undertaking form and can proceed to their residence.
3. Passengers carrying negative RT-PCR test report can travel to home district.
4. All passengers arriving from Middle East, Europe & South Africa are subject to screening and symptomatic passenger shall have to undergo RT-PCR test
5. All the passengers arriving from Middle East, Europe and South Africa shall be subjected to mandatory institutional quarantine at their own cost, for 07 days.
a. However, RT-PCR test will be conducted during 5th to 7tH day at the hotels at the cost of the quarantined passengers. If the report of the test is found negative, the passenger would be discharged from the institutional quarantine after 5 to 7 days with the advice of 7days mandatory Home Quarantine.
b. If the test result is found positive the passenger will be admitted to the COVID facility
c. Expectant ladies are exempted from intuitional quarantine and eligible for home quarantine. Any other exemptions shall be decided by the authorities.
Passengers arriving in to State of Telangana (HYD)
Telangana State requirement - All passengers should complete the SDF online. In addition to this, FOUR separate hard copy of self-declaration form has to be filled by passengers or the online SDF which is updated by passenger can be downloaded and printed as 04 copies, which should be handed over by passengers to APHO, Immigrations, State Health Desk and State Protocol.
1. If passenger has filled online self-declaration (SD) form in air suvidha portal:
a. Soft copy of uploaded SD form to be shown OR print out of the same to submitted at APHO desk
b. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at state doctor desk
c. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at state protocol desk

2. If passenger has NOT filled self- declaration (SD) form in air suvidha portal:
a. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at APHO desk
b. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at state doctor desk
c. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at state protocol desk
d. 01 physical SD form to be submitted at immigration counter
e. 01 home quarantine form for individual/family
f. If pax is going to institutional quarantine 03 hotel forms each passenger at level D hotel desk.
g. Pax to carry hard copy of RT-PCR negative test report.
There is no change in the Hotel/Quarantine form, which has to be filled in triplicate before disembarkation in HYD.

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter and transit.
Until 14 January 2021, this does not apply to:

• nationals of Indonesia;
• passengers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP).
• passengers with a diplomatic or a service visa.
• passengers with a diplomatic or service stay permit.
• passengers with a visit visa or a limited stay visa issued on or after 14 January 2021.
• passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card;
• Holders of Indonesia Temporary Residence Card (KITAAS) and Indonesia Permanent Residence Card (KITAP)
• passengers traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).
• passengers with an e-visit visa

2. Foreign nationals that are allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Indonesia according to the aforementioned exemption are required to perform 3 (three) RT-PCR tests:

• 3 x 24 hours before departure;
• 1 x 24 hours after arrival in the Republic of Indonesia; and
• 5 x 24 hours after arrival/isolation at the accommodation in Indonesia.

3. Foreign airlines crew are exempted from the restriction and following provision applied through the DGCA Circular Letter Number 5 year 2021 on point No.4

• RT-PCR test result maximum 3 x 24 hours before departure
• Strictly staying in the assigned hotel as they await for their next flight.

4. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Jakarta (CGK)
5. Until 25 January 2021, passengers and airline crew must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English.
6. Passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival in Indonesia and quarantine for 5 days.

• Indonesia citizens will be directed for 5 days quarantine from date of arrival in Indonesia Government facility and for Foreigners will be directed for 5 days quarantine in a hotel appointed by Indonesia Government at own cost expenses.
• After 5 days Quarantine another COVID-19 PCR Test will be conduct, if the result are negative Indonesia citizens and Foreigner are permitted continued to their final destinations.

7. A completed "electronic health awareness card (e-HAC)" must be presented upon arrival. The card can be obtained at https://inahac.kemkes.go.id/ or presented upon arrival.
8. Effective 15 January 2021 Airline crew without a printed medical certificate in English with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 7 days before arrival are subject to medical screening and quarantine until their next flight.
9. Effective 15 January 2021 Airline crew with a crew ID card are visa exempt if they are listed in the General Declaration and wearing uniform.
10. Effective 15 January 2021 Deadhead crew will be given an entry stamp. They must:

• have a valid crew ID card or crew member certificate;
• provide written notification to Immigration Officer proving they will be on duty on the return flight. The notification must be received by Immigration Officer minimum 24 hours from arrival

11. Suspension of Free visa and visa on arrival facilities.

1. Flights from the United Kingdom are suspended.
2. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities for passengers traveling as tourists.
3. E-visas can be obtained before departure at http://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ http://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ . Passengers must have an e-visa confirmation.
4. Passengers arriving from or who have been in the past 14 days in Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Japan, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, United Kingdom, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter.
5. Nationals of Iran who stayed abroad longer than 7 days and who do not have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test, written in English or approved by an Iranian consulate, are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine upon arrival.
6. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test issued at most 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in English or approved by an Iranian consulate. Passengers with a medical certificate issued longer than 72 hours before arrival are subject to medical screening, Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine upon arrival, at their own expense.
- This does not apply to passengers with a consular, diplomatic, official, service or special passports traveling on duty.
7. Passengers with a consular, diplomatic, official, service or special passport are subject to medical screening, Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine upon arrival, at their own expense.
8. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine.
9. Passengers could be subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival at their own expense.

- passengers with a long-term residence permit or a long term "D" visa issued by Switzerland, the United Kingdom or an EEA Member State;
- family members of nationals and residents of Switzerland, or an EEA Member State;
- passenger with proof of being partners of residents of Italy;
- passengers who in the past 14 days have only been to or transited through Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion and Mayotte), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Korea Rep., Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Rwanda, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand,
- military personnel.
2. Passengers who have been in or transited through Brazil in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit until 15 February 2021.
This does not apply to:
- passengers residing in Italy since before 13 February 2021;
- military personnel.

5. Passengers who in the past 14 days have only been to or transited through Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion and Mayotte), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) molecular or antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival, are subject to medical screening and self-isolation for 14 days.
6. Passengers residing in Italy since before 23 December 2020 and who have been to or transited through the United Kingdom in the past 14 days, must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) molecular or antigenic test, based on a nasal swab. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
- are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival; and
- are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.
7. Passengers who have been in or transited through Brazil in the past 14 days, must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) molecular or antigen test, based on a nasal swab. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
- are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival; and
- are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.

1. Flights from the United Kingdom to Jordan are suspended until 28 February 2021.
2. Passengers who have been in the past 14 days in the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter until 28th February 2021. This does not apply to nationals of Jordan traveling to Amman (AMM). They are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
3. Passengers must complete a "Travel to Jordan Declaration Form" before departure at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo/ . This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival. This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
4. Passengers must have a health insurance valid for the whole period of intended stay.
• This does not apply to nationals of Jordan.
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty.
5. Passengers entering or transiting through Jordan must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure. • This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and their family members
6. Passengers must install 'AMAN Application' in their personal device.
7. Passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival which must be paid before departure at https://registration.questlabjo.com/ if traveling to Amman (AMM), or at https://COVID19.biolab.jo if traveling to Aqaba (AQJ). Passengers must have an electronic receipt with a QR code confirming the payment.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and their family members;
- military personnel and their family members.
8. Military personnel and their family members are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival; and
- must obtain a "Military QR Code" at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo .
9. Passengers transiting through Jordan must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival.
10. Passengers are subject to self-quarantine for 7 days.
11. Airline crew must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.
• This does not apply to airline crew with a round trip flight.
12. Foreign airline crew staying overnight must stay at the designated hotel arranged by the airlines.

Group A: Algeria, Austria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malaysia, Poland, Thailand, Tunisia and Turkey.
Group B: Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, UAE, UK, Egypt, Sudan, Syria and Yemen
Group C: Bahrain, Belgium, Czechia, France, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and USA
• All arriving passengers coming from Group (A,B,C) are required to visit https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/ to complete the required form and to obtain the QR code which is mandatory for boarding (Not required for children under 5 years old)
• Have PCR test with a negative result within 72 hours before departure (Not required for children under 5 years old)
• Another PCR test is required upon arrival
• (7) Days self-quarantine at home after negative PCR test.
• Have a valid QR code for the flight, Negative PCR test conducted with 72 hours before departure, Health insurance for Non-Jordanians and install (AMAN Mobile App.)
14. Diplomats and Employees of Regional and International organizations ( and their dependents and family members holding special or/ and regular passports) residing in Jorndan have special QR code and are exempted from PCR Test before departure PCR Test upon arrival Health Insurance

16. Any passenger giving falsified or incorrect information is subject to a find of 10,000 JDS.

Any passenger who left UK less than 14 days prior to the departure to Jordan will not be allowed to enter Jordan except Jordanian citizens on a non –direct flights and through Queen Alia International airport, and they are requested to 14 days’ self –quarantine and another PCR rest upon arrival.

19. International Transfer Passengers are allowed at Jordanian Airports as follows:

5. All Passenger will be required to apply, pay and obtain e-visa prior to entry into Kenya.
6. E-Visa can be obtained through www.evisa.go.ke portal.With effect from 31 Dec 2020 at 2100 UTC, all passengers will be required to apply, pay and obtain e-visa prior to entry into Kenya. The e-visa can be obtained through www.evisa.go.ke portal. Republic of Sudan, Republic of South Sudan and Islamic Republic of Iran are exempted from the requirements of online visas. Persons resident in these three countries can apply for manual visa at the Kenya Embassies in Khartoum, Juba and Tehran. However, the visa must be obtained before travelling to Kenya.

Passengers departing Kenya:
1. Passengers departing Kenya are expected to check the COVID-19 test and travel requirements of destination country and transit points. Latest requirements for testing can be obtained from https://www.africacdc.org/trusted-travel or www.xchange.panabios.org/countries/offers/
2. If a COVID-19 RT PCR is required, passengers are advised to visit authorized laboratories to take a COVID-19 RT PCR test and be issued with Trusted Travel (TT) code that can be verified by airlines and Port Health Authorities. List of authorized laboratories can be accessed at https://www.trustedtravel.panabios.org or https://health.go.ke.
3. The Passenger will receive a text message (SMS) from panaBIOS and in addition, an email from the testing laboratory and/or admin@panabios.org with a link to guide the passenger on how to generate a travel code at trustedtravel.panabios.org . Travelers are encouraged to check their emails including spam folder for feedback. All COVID-19 RT PCR Approved testing laboratories in Kenya have been on boarded to the TT system.
4. Departing passengers can enter the TT code on their certificates online at www.africacdc.org/trusted-travel .

Passengers transiting Kenya:
1. Passengers transiting Kenya are expected to check the COVID-19 RT PCR test and travel requirements of destination country and transit points.
2. If a COVID-19 RT PCR test is required, passengers are advised to visit authorized laboratories to undertake the test and be issued with Trusted Travel (TT) code that can be verified by airlines and Port Health Authorities. Latest requirements for testing can be obtained from www.xchange.panabios.org/countries/offers/
3. Passengers transiting Kenya from jurisdictions where TT is not available will use www.globalhaven.org or Global Haven via the trusted travel portal www.africacdc.org/trusted-travel to generate a travel stamp.
4. Upon successful validation against destination country requirements, passengers are issued with a secondary travel stamp (TC code) by the system for exit approval for Kenya.

Arriving Passengers:
1. Arriving Passengers are expected to check the COVID-19 test and travel requirements of Kenya and of any transit points. Latest requirements for testing can be obtained from www.africacdc.org/trusted-travel or www.xchange.panabios.org/countries/offers/
2. Passengers arriving from countries where TT is not available will use www.globalhaven.org or Global Haven via the trusted travel portal www.africacdc.org/trusted-travel to generate a travel stamp.
3. All passengers arriving Kenya must have a negative COVID-19 RT PCR taken within 96 hours before travel.

Domestic passengers:
Domestic passengers are exempt from the above requirements.

Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers in the State of Kuwait related to the prevention the spread of Coronavirus, all non-Kuwaitis are not allowed to enter the State of Kuwait effective starting from Sunday 07/02/2021 for a period of two weeks, with the exception of the first-degree relatives of Kuwaitis and their companions from domestic workers and workers registered on the (Belsalamah.com) platform.
1.Flights from the United Kingdom are suspended.
2. Passengers who have been in or transited through Afghanistan, Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Colombia, Dominican Rep., Egypt, France, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kosovo (Rep.), Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, Nepal, North Macedonia (Rep.), Panama, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria or Yemen in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to:

• nationals of Kuwait;
• children, husbands and wives of nationals of Kuwait;
• domestic employees of residents of Kuwait arriving directly from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Philippines or Sri Lanka on Kuwait Airways (KU) or Jazeera Airways (J9);They must register online before departure at Visit https://belsalamah.com/home.html.
• passengers with a diplomatic or special passport. They must have prior approval from the Embassy of Kuwait.

Effective 7 February 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Kuwait;
- children, husbands and wives of nationals of Kuwait;
- domestic workers of nationals of Kuwait. They must register online before departure at Visit https://belsalamah.com/home.html
-First-degree relatives of Kuwaitis.
-Governmental & private medical staff.
-Diplomats & Diplomat missions.
-Private sector medical staff according to the approved list from Ministry of Health.

3. Residents of Kuwait who left Kuwait before 1 September 2019 are not allowed to enter Kuwait.
4. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure.
This does not apply to:

• passengers younger than 6 years;
• passengers in transit;
• passengers returning to Kuwait with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued before departure from Kuwait. They must have been a maximum of 4 days abroad.

5. Passengers are subject to medical screening and self-isolation for 14 days.
6. Passengers should install “Shlonik" and “Kuwait-Mosafer" applications on their personal device.
7. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities.
8. Nationals of GCC countries are not allowed to enter with a Civil ID card.

• This does not apply to nationals of Kuwait with a Civil ID card if they used the card when they departed from Kuwait.

9. Passengers with a residence permit issued by Kuwait are allowed to enter with a Digital Civil ID issued via the 'Kuwait Mobile ID' app and not with a photocopy.
10. All employees of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, who have a valid residency or holders of valid entry visa, are Allowed to travel to the State of Kuwait Via direct flight or transit. . (As per Circular (2020/103)
11. Passengers who have a First-Degree relative (husband - wife - children) or joining the family relative of the employees of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, are allowed to travel to the State of Kuwait Via direct flight or transit, provided that he/she has a valid residency or a valid entry visa. (As per Circular (2020/103)
12. Effective 17 January 2021: Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure. Passengers must not have any of the symptoms such as (cold-sneezing-high temperature-cough-etc…)
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 6 years;
- passengers returning to Kuwait with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued before departure from Kuwait. They must have been a maximum of 4 days abroad.
13. Domestic workers not to be accept on flights to the State of Kuwait unless they have been registered through (Belsalamah.com) platform.
Effective 21st February 2021.
1. Not to accept any passenger to the State of Kuwait without registration in (Kuwaitmosafer) platform https://Kuwaitmosafer.gov.kw
2. All passengers arriving in the state of Kuwait will be subject to two (PCR) tests on their own cost, payment will be made through (Kuwaitmosafer) platform either through the airline or ground handling agents in Kuwait International Airport.
3. Passengers are subject to (14) days compulsory quarantine, the first (7) days as institutional quarantine in one of the approved hotels with an additional home quarantine for (7) days. Including, conducting (2) peR tests, first test upon arrival to Kuwait international airport, second test on the sixth day during the institutional quarantine. All tests will be on passengers own expenses. Also, to ensure download and activate (shelonek application) prior to leaving the hotel. Exemptions: The following categories are exempted from the measures of the institutional quarantine.
1) Diplomats their families and their accompanied domestic workers (must show their personal identification
2) Kuwaiti patients sent aboard for medical treatment and their companion; and upontheir treatment, completion (must show a letter issued from the related Kuwaiti Health Office at the country of medical treatment.
3) Kuwaiti students studying and registered in aboard Universities and passengers required to set for studies examinations aboard (must show letter issued by Kuwaiti culture office indicates that the student is registered in one of the aboard Universities, and letter from the University indicates the exam date).
4) Medical Crews and their accompanied families (must show evidence identification).
5) Minors below (18 years old) unaccompanied passengers.
All exempted categories and indicated in article (Fourthly) are subject to home quarantine for a period of (14) days and require to conduct (2) PCR tests, first test upon arrival to Kuwait international airport, second test on the sixth day during the institutional quarantine. All tests will be on passengers own expenses. Also, to ensure download and activate (shelonek application).

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter

• This does not apply to:
• nationals of Malaysia;
• passengers with a diplomatic passport;
• passengers with an approval from the Malaysian immigration obtained at https://mtp.imi.gov.my/myTravelPass/main ;

8. Airline crew must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the first flight. Airline crew who have transited for more than 24 hours must repeat the test. The certificate must have the name of the airline crew as in the passport and name and address of the testing laboratory.
- This does not apply to:
- airline crew staying for less than 8 days;
- airline crew staying at a designated transit facility

1. Flights to Morocco are suspended until 10 December 2020.
This does not apply to:

• repatriation flights;
• passengers who are visa exempt if they have a hotel reservation confirmation or an invitation from a Moroccan company.

2. Passengers must complete the "Passenger Health Form" before departure at http://www.onda.ma/form.php . The form must be printed and presented on arrival.
3. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in Arabic, French or English.

Passengers are not allowed to enter.
-This does not apply to:
- nationals of Nepal;
- passengers with a Laissez-Passer issued by United Nations;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty;

- foreign nationals of Nepali origin whose passport states Nepal as place of birth;

  - nationals of Pakistan with a visa issued by Brazil, Ireland (Rep.), Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa or United Kingdom;
  - passengers with a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or a Pakistan Origin Card (POC).
  8. Nationals of Pakistan arriving from Brazil, Ireland (Rep.), Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure; and
  - are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival; and
  - are subject to quarantine.
  9. Effective 5 January 2021, passengers who in the past 10 days have been to South Africa or United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
  - This does not apply to nationals of Pakistan with a visa issued by South Africa or United Kingdom.
  - Effective 9 January 2021, this does not apply to passengers with a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or a Pakistan Origin Card (POC).Passenger must be in possession of a negative PCT Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel.
  10. Effective 5 January 2021, nationals of Pakistan arriving from South Africa or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure; and
  - are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival; and
  - are subject to quarantine
  11. Uploading/feeding of data in the Pass Track App is mandatory for all passengers arriving in Pakistan effective 23rd Dec 2020.
  12. Pakistani Passport holders holding following types of visas issued by British Authorities can return/travel to Pakistan while holding negative PCR Test Reports conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan:
  I. Business Visa
  II. Visitor Visa
  III. Transit Visa
  13. Pakistani passengers holding Study, Family, Work and Settlement Visas may return to Pakistan if their visas are expiring within the next 30 days from the issuance of this letter while holding negative PCR Test Reports conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan.
  14. Further, flight crew performing duties on flights between UK and Pakistan may disembark in Pakistan with the stipulation that such flight crew shall be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival and quarantined in their designated hotels. Following a negative test result, such flight crew will be allowed to perform duties in Pakistan and any flight crew with a positive test result will be quarantined in their designated hotels for a time period as specified by the respective Health Authorities.
  15. Additionally, diplomatic officials of British High Commission and their families currently outside Pakistan may be allowed to return to Pakistan with a negative PCR Test Result conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan and will also be subjected to mandatory quarantine with their High Commission upon arrival in Pakistan.

15. NONE OFW’s (Overseas Filipino Workers) must have a reservation confirmation of a hotel approved by Tourism and Health Agencies.
16. Passengers are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival at their own expense and to quarantine. Except for Overseas Filipino workers(OFW’s)
17. Passengers must have a reservation confirmation of a hotel approved by Tourism and Health Agencies for at least 7 nights. The hotel must be listed at https://www.thepoortraveler.net/2020/07/doh-accredited-hotels-quarantine-manila/ .
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of the Philippines;
- passengers with a 9(e) visa.
18. A completed "Case Investigation Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://c19.redcross.org.ph/arriving-passengers .
19. Passengers traveling to Davao (DVO) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.
20. All passengers shall wear mask and face shields.
21. SRRV (SPECIAL RESIDENT RETIREES VISA) holders / Foreign Nationals are allowed to enter, provided holding endorsement from DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) and must be presented prior to check in.
22. All passengers must download TRAZE APPLICATION in their personal device before departure.
23. All operating crew are currently exempted on the policy. , Effective January 8, 2021, 12:01AM, all unaccompanied minor Filipino citizens coming from countries/jurisdictions where travel restrictions are in place on account of the new variant of COVID-19, shall not be allowed entry until January 15, 2021, except minors returning through the repatriation program of the national government. These repatriated minors shall be turned over to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration house parent who, in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), shall ensure the minors’ safety and their observance of quarantine protocols.
24. All unaccompanied minor Filipino citizens who are not part of the repatriation program of the national government, arriving before January 8, 2021, 12:01AM, shall be turned over to an authorized DSWD officer who can ensure the minors’ safety and their observance to quarantine protocols.
25. Foreign nationals arriving in the Philippines from 1st Feb should have valid and existing visas at the time of entry ( must travel with Philippine national spouse or parents and endorsed by DFA ) except for those qualified under the Balikbayan program under Republic Act No. 6768 or the Act Instituting the Balikbayan Program," Foreign nationals should also have a pre-booked accommodation for at least seven nights in an accredited quarantine hotel or facility. They shall also be subject to COVID-19 testing at the quarantine hotel or facility on the sixth day from the date of their arrival. The entry of these foreign nationals will be subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry.
26. FOR OFWs
1. While abroad, register online thru https://c19.redcross.org.ph/arriving-passengers for land based OFWs and https://ecif.firstaide.ph/#/ for seafarers and secure your QR Code.
2. Bureau of quarantine collects the accomplished health declaration form to all passengers. BOQ medical officer and staffs evaluates arriving OFWs/ROFs for any signs of infection declared as Public Health of International concern (PHEIC) like COVID 19 through thermal scanning, Health Declaration Checklist (HDC) review and physical examination
3. Briefing on health and safety protocols upon arrival at NAIA by Philippine Coast Guard. Secure and fill-out OWWA Project Care Form.
4. Proceed to Bureau of Immigration for clearance prior to retrieval of luggage(s).
5. Proceed to OWWA arrival counter and submit the Project Care Form. For seafarers, proceed to MARINA Help Desk.
6. For land-based OFWs, your accommodation will be provided free of charge by OWWA. For sea-based OFWs, your Local Manning Agency (LMA) will arrange for your hotel accommodation/quarantine facility. Note that your date of arrival is Day 1.
7. Board designated OWWA buses to your assigned quarantine facilities/hotels and observe strict quarantine procedure while thereat.
8. On Day 6, Philippine Coast Guard will conduct the RT-PCR swab test at the hotel/quarantine facility. Continue observing strict quarantine procedure while waiting for results.
9. Upon receipt of negative RT-PCR test results online, expect to receive Bureau of Quarantine Health Certificate indicating the actual number of days on quarantine.
10. Wait for advice and prepare to leave the hotel using OWWA assigned buses. For seabased OFWs, your LMA will arrange for your transportation to PITX or NAIA Terminal 2.
11. For Luzon bound, proceed to PITX in Paranague and for Visayas and Mindanao bound including Palawan proceed to NAIA PAL Terminal 2 for processing.
12. Fill-out necessary forms and wait for check-in announcement.
13. Proceed to pre-departure area and wait for boarding announcement.
14. Upon arrival at airport of destination, report to RTF/PTF/OWWA Station or LGU for accounting and instructions.
15. RTF/PTF or LGU will provide free transportation to LGU of final destination.
16. Complete the remainder of your quarantine (total of 14days) at the city/municipal/barangay quarantine facility, or at home if permitted by your LGU.
17. Once released from quarantine by LGU, continue to observe minimum health standards like wearing of face mask, maintaining physical distance and washing of hands. Also, always keep your immune system high by having enough sleep, eating the correct food and doing regular physical exercise.
27. All foreign nationals (except for Section 9(e) visa holders shall present a pre booked accommodation for at least 6 nights in an accredited quarantine facility/hotel at the Immigration counters for initial check. Those who fail to present a pre booked accommodation shall be denied entry and shall be boarded immediately in the next available flight. Kindly cascade for strict adherence.

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Qatar.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates;
- passengers with a permanent residence permit issued by Qatar;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Qatar. They must have an Exceptional Entry Permit;
- passengers with a Diplomatic ID issued by the MOFA of Qatar;
- spouses and children of nationals of Qatar. They must present proof confirming their family relationship and have a residence permit issued by Qatar;
- spouses and children of nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. They must travel together;
- domestic workers of nationals of Qatar. They must be accompanied by the sponsor or one of the first degree sponsor's relatives and have a residence permit issued by Qatar;
- domestic workers of nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. They must be accompanied by the sponsor or one of the first degree sponsor's relatives. Their residence permit must be valid for at least 6 months and their passport must be valid longer than their residence permit.
2. Passengers could be subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival.
- This does not apply to passengers with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure. 4. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates are not allowed to enter with a national ID card.

- passengers with a Diplomatic ID issued by the MOFA of Qatar;
- passengers who are 65 years or older, if arriving from a country other than Denmark, Netherlands, South Africa or United Kingdom;

General Policy:
The health status on Ehteraz application for all travelers coming to the State of Qatar on must be "yellow", showing that the individual is under quarantine.
The COVID-19 Green List countries is identified and published on the Ministry of Public Health website and announced by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority. The list is reviewed and updated regularly.
All Qatari and GCC citizens should travel from and to the State of Qatar using their passports and not their ID cards as a precautionary measure to control the transmission of COVID-19 infection in the country.
Qatari and Residents returning from one of the COVID-19 Green Listed Countries must be tested upon arrival to the Port of Entry (PoE) using the approved testing method for COVID-19 and sign the Undertaking for Home Quarantine for a week. On the sixth day, the individual should visit one of the PHCC healthcare centers for re-testing.
Citizens and Residents returning from the other countries that is not included in the COVID-19 Green List should be hotel quarantined at their own expense for a week. They should book a quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before their travel abroad. They will be re-tested on day 6 and released from the hotel after their health status on Ehteraz turned green on day 7.
If there are MOPH approved COVID-19 testing centers at the country of travel, a COVID-19-free certificate should be obtained from one of these centers to be exempted from testing at the Port of Entry (PoE). The Certificate should not exceed 48 hours before travel.
With home quarantine, the accommodation conditions should be suitable, provided it has a separate room with its ensuite bathroom. If the accommodation is not appropriate, one of the hotel quarantine packages must be booked for 7 days through the "Discover Qatar" website before traveling to Qatar.
Re-testing on the sixth day of quarantine is mandatory, and the individuals under home quarantine will receive SMS as a reminder to visit one of the PHCC healthcare centers for testing. If they did not show-up, it will be followed by a phone call from the Healthcare team. No answer or show-up to the appointment for a valid reason will be considered as non-compliance, and the legal action will be taken per the Decree-Law no.17 for the year 1990.
If the traveler was a minor, their official guardian should sign the "Home Quarantine Undertaking".
Employers, whether individuals or companies, government or private, must obtain "Exceptional Entry Permit" for residents and their family members (QIDs holders) who are still abroad in order to allow them to return to the State of Qatar. The permit is valid for one month from its date of its issuance and can be renewed automatically if not used.
Residents who are currently in the State of Qatar and wish to travel and return will automatically receive an "Exceptional Entry Permit". The resident or their employer will be able to printout the permit from the Ministry of Interior's website or "Metrash2" application at any point after their departure. Residents currently abroad are still required to get the "Exceptional Return Permit" via the "Qatar Portal" website if they wish to return to the State of Qatar.
It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure that they are updated with any changes in the Entry and Return policy of the State of Qatar, the COVID-19 Green Listed Countries, and the approved testing centers abroad through the official sources and the sites mentioned above before planning their trip.
Citizens, their Spouses and Children, and the Holders of Permanent Residency:
Citizens, their spouses and children, and permanent residency holders can return to the State of Qatar at any time, provided they adhere to the travel and return policy mentioned above.
Citizens, their spouses and children, and permanent residency holders shall bear the cost of the hotel quarantine for one week, if the hotel quarantine criteria apply, provided that the booking made through "Discover Qatar" before their travel abroad.
If the hotel quarantine criteria apply, the government will cover the costs of the hotel quarantine packages for patients receiving their treatment abroad at the expense of the State, along with their official escorts. The employer is responsible to cover the quarantine expenses for their employees who are on official missions. • Citizens, their spouses and children, and permanent residents are exempted from hotel quarantine if they are among the vulnerable groups listed in this policy, knowing that this includes their immediate family members and domestic helpers traveling with them and share the same national address.
GCC Citizens:
GCC Citizens can enter the State of Qatar through its air and land ports.
Visitors to the State of Qatar from GCC should be hotel quarantined at their own expense for a week. They should book a quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before their travel to Qatar. The exemption policy cannot be applied because of the unavailability of their own residence where they can be home quarantined.
Visitors traveling through the land port are allowed to go to the hotel designated for quarantine using their own cars, provided they sign a "Quarantine Undertaking", according to which individuals are obligated to follow the State of Qatar laws and policies in force to control infectious diseases.
Residents (Professionals):
Residents abroad may return to the State of Qatar, as of August 1, 2020, by applying for an "Exceptional Entry Permit" through "Qatar Portal" website.
Residents who are currently in the State of Qatar and wish to travel and return will automatically receive an "Exceptional Entry Permit". The resident or their employer will be able to printout the permit from the Ministry of Interior's website at any point after their departure. Residents currently abroad are still required to get the "Exceptional Return Permit" via the "Qatar Portal" website if they wish to return to the State of Qatar.
The same quarantine policy explained above in the General Policy for the Travelers' Entry Policy shall apply to this population category. Workers (Craftsmen and Manual Professions):
The employer (public or private sector) may submit an "Exceptional Entry Permit" application for craftsmen and manual workers electronically via the "Qatar Portal" website. A similar process applies to domestic workers.
The employer shall bear the costs of the quarantine in the dedicated facilities for quarantine at a nominal fee after obtaining the entry permit.
Bookings are made through the "Discover Qatar" website, where room options are available, provided that the reservation is for 14 days.
The health status of the workers under quarantine will be monitored, and if they showed any symptoms, they would be tested. Otherwise, they will be tested before the end of the quarantine period. If the result is negative, they will be released from the hotel quarantine after completing day-14.
VVIP Visitors and accompanying Officials:
VVIP Guests bringing their own COVID-19 testing Certificate, should ensure the testing technique used is RT-PCR. The testing result must be negative and valid for 48 hours after arrival to Qatar. If the visit duration is over 72 hours, they must be re-tested.
If the VVIP Guests were tested in Qatar, they must be re-tested after 72 hours.
Diplomats:
Members of the Qatari diplomatic missions abroad, Cultural, and Military Attaches on annual leaves, and Foreign Missions' Heads and their families should have a COVID-19-free Certificate from one of the testing centers approved and announced by MOPH. In the absence of MOPH approved testing centers, a certificate using RT-PCR is crucial to be exempted from testing at the Port of Entry (PoE). The COVID-19-free Certificate should not exceed 48 hours before travel. Otherwise, they will be tested at the Airport upon arrival and shall be home quarantined for a week and re-tested on day 6.
The same process applies to the holders of administrative cards, except employees on local contracts.
Foreign Diplomats and holders of administrative cards shall be exempted from signing the Home Quarantine Undertaking and downloading the Ehteraz app. Vulnerable Groups Eligible for Home Quarantine: The following vulnerable groups returning from travel (Qatari and Residents) and their immediate family members, including their domestic helpers who share the same national address are eligible for home quarantine and a certificate from Hamad Medical Corporation is required
Aged 65 years old and above.
Organ and Bone Marrow transplant recipients.
Patients with conditions that require immune-suppressive treatment.
Patients with heart failure or coronary artery disease.
Patients with moderate-to-severe asthma.
Cancer patients with metastasis and those on treatment (Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy).
Pregnant females (any trimester).
Nursing mothers with children aged 0-5 years.
Patients with end-stage renal failure (ESRD) or on dialysis.
Patients with CLD (Chronic Liver Disease) and decompensation.
Patients with lower-limb amputations.
People with disabilities where they depend on others for their activities of daily living.
Children with disabilities and their mothers.
Patients with epilepsy and on treatment.
Patients with diabetic foot infections.
People with deceased first-degree relatives in the last ten days.
People with mental health problems on antipsychotic medications and whose condition is aggravated by staying in closed spaces
Diabetic with neuro, nephro, retinopathy and any other complications.
Minor travelers (below 18 years old) traveling without an accompanied guardian.
Citizens and Residents traveling with a family member who is among the vulnerable groups and returned to the country without them, should be hotel quarantined and must book a hotel quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before their travel abroad.
The exemption from hotel quarantine can be suspended in case the accommodation is not appropriate for home quarantine or an MOPH decision to control COVID-19 transmission in the country. TRAVELING ABROAD POLICY:
General Policy:
Citizens and Residents can travel abroad at any time, provided they adhere to the travel and return policy.
Citizens and Residents wishing to travel abroad to one of the countries not included in the COVID-19 Green List must book a hotel quarantine package from the listed hotels on the "Discover Qatar" website before traveling.
If one or more conditions listed in the Vulnerable Groups in this policy apply, Citizens and Residents must obtain a medical certificate by login to their account on "My Health" portal that shows their health condition and entitlement for home quarantine when booking their flight before traveling abroad.
Those wishing to travel must know the procedures applied in the country they want to visit in terms of quarantine procedures, duration, and the need to provide a COVID-19-free certificate.
Employees must coordinate with their employers about the dates of their travel and return to Qatar. They should consider the quarantine period when planning their trip.
EHTERAZ APP. POLICY:
Travelers returning to the State of Qatar must download and activate the Ehteraz app on their mobiles upon arrival to the Port of Entry (PoE). To achieve that:
A Qatari SIM Card from a local telecom operator (Ooredoo and Vodafone).
Internet access.
A smartphone that supports either Android 6 and up or IOS 13.5 and up.
Download the application on your mobile phone either via Google Play or Apple App Store or from any search engines on the internet.
Diplomats, administrative cardholders, and VVIP visitors are exempted.
Health status on Ehteraz will remain YELLOW for the whole of quarantine duration, and until a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained as per the quarantine policy stated above.
COVID-19 TESTING CENTERS ABROAD APPROVAL POLICY:
Criteria to approve COVID-19 testing centers must be shared with the Qatari embassies abroad, and the Foreign and Arab embassies in the country. The proposed testing centers should be studied against the set criteria to determine the testing centers included in the list based on the travelers' flow arriving from those countries.
The criteria set by MOPH focused on the laboratory accreditation, analytical methods used for testing, and the information required to be included in the certificate.
Special Notes:
GCC nationals traveling from low risk countries to DOH and intended to avail home quarantine must hold Qatar ID and proof of resident availability in DOH.
In case if guest not holding above mention documents then they must have a confirm booking in Hotel Discover Qatar for quarantine and to follow COVID-19 protocols.
Other nationals traveling from high risk countries, even if they fall under exemption categories must have resident or provide resident details in Qatar to avail home quarantine as per Covid-19 protocols or in case of not having residents then guest must have a hotel booking at Discover Qatar for quarantine.
Immigration will impose fine against the airline for accepting passenger who are not compliant with above requirement.
Passengers traveling to Doha under family visit visa must hold a booking at Discover Qatar Hotel even though they fall under exception category (above 65years and kids below 5 etc....) for home quarantine.
• effective Sunday, the 14th of February 2021 all the health exemptions from hotel quarantine are stopped to travelers coming from countries not included on the Green List and until further notice.
• Accordingly, ALL passengers arriving from countries not included in the green list are required to have confirmed quarantine hotel booking through Discover Qatar website for seven night - No Exemptions!
• The above also applies to travelers who were exempted from hotel quarantine prior their travel and all visitors arriving in the State of Qatar.
• Hotel quarantine is also required for GCC nationals and visitors to the State of Qatar without Qatari Resident ID card (QID) arriving from all countries including those listed in the Green List. Exemptions:
• Foreign Diplomats holders of diplomatic and administrative cards issued by MOFA are exempted from hotel quarantine, and will undergo seven days home quarantine despite the country they are returning from. ( either countries from the Green-List, or other countries).
• USA and NATO personnel holding Military ID with order to Qatar can arrive to Qatar without EEP, and they do not need prior hotel quarantine booking through discover Qatar website, they are subject to special quarantine arrangements, and they will be handled by their authorized sponsors, as per usual protocol without change.
• Also kindly be informed that based on the instructions received from Ministry of Public Health, it has been decided on the 18th of February 2021 to exempt both citizens and residents who have received the Two doses of COVID-19 vaccination from quarantine requirements upon returning from abroad.
• Taking into consideration that the exemption from quarantine is valid for a period of three months, to be started after 14 days from the date of receiving the second dose. However, (PCR) swab test result must be negative upon returning to the country.
• The exemption currently does not apply to the passengers who received their vaccination outside the State of Qatar.
• In the event of having a family traveling with a member who has received the vaccination ( the two doses), the exemption will apply only to the family member who received the vaccination and accompanied family members under 5 years old, other family members age between (5 and 18 years old) must undergo quarantine as per the current regulation and based on the country classification, In case there is no adult companion with them, one of the parents must stay with them in the quarantine hotel even if he/she was vaccinated.
• The traveler must present a negative (PCR) certificate upon arrival in the Doha, this certificate must be issued from one of the approved centers by the Ministry of Public Health abroad, and the test should be made (48) hours prior to the travel to Doha.
• In case of obtaining the certificate from an unaccredited center abroad or not having a negative (PCR) certificate, (PCR) test will be conducted for the travelers upon arrival at HIA.

• Foreign Umrah pilgrims will be allowed up to a capacity of 20000 pilgrims and 60000 worshipers per day.

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.

- spouses, registered partners, children under 21 years, grandchildren under 21 years, dependent children, dependent grandchildren, dependent parents or dependent grandparents of citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland holding a Swiss residence permit. They must present proof of their relationship
- passengers with proof of being spouses, registered partners, children under 21 years, grandchildren under 21 years, dependent children, dependent grandchildren, dependent parents or dependent grandparents of residents of Switzerland who are passengers with "British Citizens" passports , "British Overseas Territories Citizens" passports issued by Gibraltar and "British Subjects" passports with a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode issued by the United Kingdom;
- residents of Liechtenstein and Switzerland;
- residents of Schengen Member States returning directly via Switzerland to their country of residence;
- passengers with a D visa issued by Switzerland;
- passengers with a Schengen C visa issued by Switzerland after 16 March 2020 if arriving from a country other than South Africa or United Kingdom.
- unmarried partners of residents of Switzerland if arriving from a country other than South Africa or United Kingdom;. They must have a written invitation from the residents in Switzerland and present proof of their relationship.
2. Passengers are not allowed to transit if arriving from a non-Schengen Member State to another Schengen Member State.
-This does not apply to:
- nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland;;
- passengers arriving directly from Andorra, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Monaco, New Zealand, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Singapore, Thailand, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See). If they transit through other countries, they must stay in the international transit area of the airport;
- spouses, registered partners, children under 21 years, grandchildren under 21 years, dependent children, dependent grandchildren, dependent parents or dependent grandparents of nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland. They must present proof of their relationship;
- residents of EEA Member States and Switzerland;
- passengers with a D visa issued by a Schengen Member State they are traveling to;
- passengers with a Schengen C visa issued by Switzerland after 16 March 2020.
3. Passengers must complete the "Contact Tracing Card" form before departure available at https://static.vueling.com/corporative7/media/1647/swiss_authority_arriving_passenger_contact_tracing_card-pd.pdf .
4.Effective 22 February 2021, passengers entering or transiting through Switzerland must have:
- a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) Rapid Immunological test result. The test must have been taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers who can prove that they have tested positive to Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 3 months. They must prove that they have recovered;

5. Passengers must provide the contact details, either electronically at https://swissplf.admin.ch/home or on the contact cards on arrival. More details can be found at https://www.newsd.admin.ch/newsd/message/attachments/65075.pdf .

8. PCR test facility is available in Zurich airport

1. Flights to Sri Lanka are suspended until 28th February 2021.

• This does not apply to:
• nationals and residents of Sri Lanka
• dual nationals of Sri Lanka;
• humanitarian and repatriation flights.
• Passengers traveling as tourists:

6. Passengers and airline crew are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine upon arrival.

• This does not apply to airline crew who do not disembark the aircraft.

7. A completed "Health Declaration Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://www.caa.lk/en/special-notices-for-covid-19 or upon arrival at the Immigration counters.

1. Flights to Sri Lanka restart
2. Schedule wide body aircraft operations will be restricted to a total of 250 passengers per day of which maximum of 75 Sri Lankans.
3. Schedule narrow body aircraft operations will be restricted to a total of 150 passengers per day of which maximum of 75 Sri Lankans.
4. Foreign Passengers must have an insurance policy with a minimum medical coverage of the equivalent in USD of LKR 5,000,000.- ( mandatory- valid for one month); and

• must have a hotel reservation confirmation for the entire stay; and
• must have receipt for 2 PCR tests to be performed after arrival.

Passengers are subject to medical screening upon arrival.

a. Sri Lankan Passport Holders:

• All Sri Lankan passport holders who is willing to be repatriated by paying for the hotel quarantine will have to send an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to the following email.

b. Tourist (Foreign Passport Holders)
All tourists interested to visit Sri Lanka will have to follow the following process:

• Access Sri Lanka tourism app to reserve and pay for hotel package.
• Must pay for PCR ,health insurance online and obtain the reference number.
• Guest shall visit Sri Lanka Immigration and Emigration website to apply for visa. Guest must update the reference number received from the Sri Lanka tourism app to complete the visa application process.
• 96 hours prior to departure PCR test to be done locally and the negative report to be carried when boarding the flight.
• No minimum stay requirement for tourist. The tourist is required to stay in the bubble at the selected hotel during the entire stay.
• If holiday in Sri Lanka is up to 07 days they guest have to pay for two PCR tests at USD 50 each , the 1st PCR test will be done on day 1 upon arrival at the selected hotel.
• If holiday in Sri Lanka is up to 14 days or more they have to pay for three PCR tests at USD 50 each.
• All guests have to stay maximum of 14 days in the selected bubble hotel.

After 14 days if the third PCR is negative they shall be allowed to be in public places.

1. All passengers are subject to enhanced screening for COVID-19 infection. There will be no 14 days mandatory quarantine.
2. All passengers from those countries that require a COVID-19 negative test, as a condition for travelling, must present the certificate upon arrival. Passengers from other countries with symptoms and signs related to COVID-19 infection, will undergo enhanced screening and may be tested for RT-PCR;
3. All passengers arriving on airlines that require a COVID-19 negative test, as a condition for acceptance on the flight, must present the certificate upon arrival. Passengers arriving on other airlines, that do not request for COVID-19 negative test report, will undergo enhanced screening and may be tested for RT-PCR;
4. Crew members are not subject present a negative test COVID-19 certificate as a condition of entry or departure. However, they will be screened for symptoms and signs in line with the country’s protocol;
5. While in the country, all international travelers should observe adherence to Infection, Prevention and Control measures such as hand hygiene, wearing masks and keeping physical distancing as deemed appropriate;
6. All travelers are required to truthfully fill out Traveler’s Surveillance Form available onboard or in any other transport means and submit to Port Health Authorities upon arrival;
7. All international arriving passengers shall dispose-of their masks after use during travel at designated waste collection containers upon arrival;
8. Airlines must provide Advance Passenger Information so as to allow the Points of Entry Authorities to scrutinize the manifest for possible high-risk passenger identification;

10. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English.
11. This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
12. Passengers must have a medical insurance cover medical expenses in Thailand with a coverage cost of at least USD 100,000.-.
13. This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
14. Passengers must have:
15. a Certificate of Entry (COE) issued by Royal Thai Embassy. In case the flight is delayed or missing the connecting flight, they can present the same COE to Thai Authorities concerned at arrival port in Thailand.
16. a Fit to Fly health certificate issued at most 72 hours before departure. The certificate must be in English.
17. The physical certificate of entry (COE) for Thai passengers staying at State Quarantine facilities shall put their signature for acknowledgement and agree in terms and conditions stated at the bottom of the certificate.
18. All non-Thai passengers at all ages including infants must have the medical certificates in English with negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test results issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
19. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities.
20. Suspension of visa exemption for nationals of Cambodia and Myanmar with a normal passport.
21. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine.
22. Airline crew are subject to self-isolation until their next flight.
23. Airline crew staying overnight must have a guarantee letter from the airline or a health insurance certificate with a coverage cost of at least USD 100,000.-.

Spouses of nationals of Tunisia arriving from Albania, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Costa Rica, Djibouti, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Korea (Dem. 7. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 120 hours before arrival.

• This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.

1. Flights from Brazil,Denmark, South Africa and United Kingdom are suspended.

• This does not apply to repatriation flights.
• This does not apply to nationals and residents of Turkey.

2. Passengers who have been in Denmark, South Africa or United Kingdom are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for 7 days.
3. Passengers who have been in the past 10 days in the United Kingdom are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
4. Passengers and airline crew are subject to medical screening.
5. Effective 29 DECEMBER 2020 21:00 UTC Hours All Passengers who are 6 years Old and older will be required to submit a negative SARS- COV-2 PCT Test result done within the last 72- hours prior to their entrance to Turkey. Passengers who do not show negative SARS-COV-2 PCT Test result will not be accepted to flight. This requirement is not applicable for Transit and Transfer passengers.

• This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
• merchant seamen.

6. On the 7th day of the quarantine passenger will be tested. Quarantine will be lifted for those having negative test result. Passengers with positive test result will be treated in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines of the ministry of health.
7. A completed "Passenger Information Form" must be presented upon arrival
8. All these measures will be in force until 1st March 2021.

They must have a pre-approval to enter; nationals of Indonesia traveling under the Safe Travel Corridor program. They must have an entry permit and a return ticket.
2. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in or transited through Nigeria or South Africa are not allowed to enter and transit.
Requirement a) also applies to passengers who connected or transited in the aforementioned countries over last 14 days.
- This does not apply to nationals of United Arab Emirates, flight and ground crew.
3. Passengers arriving from South Africa are not allowed to enter.
4. Passengers arriving at Dubai (DXB): are subject to medical screening, and must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App.

The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved lab listed on or a lab accredited by the departure country. This does not apply to: nationals of United Arab Emirates; passengers arriving from Bahrain, Germany, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia or United Kingdom. If they arrive without a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, they are subject to a PCR test and quarantine upon arrival; nationals of United Arab Emirates; passengers younger than 12 years; passengers with disabilities.
9. Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) from Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Senegal, Slovakia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, Zambia or Zimbabwe must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. Residents of United Arab Emirates arriving from Algeria, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, USA or United Kingdom and entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) without a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result are subject to a PCR test and quarantine upon arrival. If passengers arrive with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test, it must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to the United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved lab listed on or a lab accredited by the departure country and are subject to PCR test on arrival.
11. Passenger Transiting DXB/DWC does not required to present a COVID 19 PCT test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.
12. Passengers entering or transiting Abu Dhabi (AUH) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be issued by an approved lab listed on or a lab accredited by the departure country. This does not apply to: passengers younger than 12 years; Passengers with disabilities. passengers arriving from the Untied Kingdom
13. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH),Al Maktoum (DWC) or Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) could be subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine.
14. The following are applicable to passenger entering AUH Travelers from Green Countries are exempted from Quarantine. Quarantine period reduced to 10 days for travelers arriving from other countries . PCR test shall be conducted for travelers on day 6 if the period of stay is 6 days or more , as well as on day 12 if the stay is 12 or more consecutive days.

16. Airline crew arriving at Abu Dhabi (AUH) are subject to medical screening and quarantine.
17. Visa on arrival facilities at Abu Dhabi (AUH) restarted.
18. Visas issued by the United Arab Emirates that expired after 1 March 2020 are accepted for entry until 31 December 2020. They must be validated within 30 days of entry.
19. Passengers arriving at Sharjah (SHJ) must download the ALHOSN App.
20. Expired residency permits issued by the United Arab Emirates that have been extended until December 2020 are accepted for entry. Passengers must present proof of the extended validity.
21. Passengers with a residence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates are allowed to stay abroad longer than 180 days.
22. Nationals of Korea (Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program must have an 'Isolation Exemption Certificate'.
23. Passengers are allowed to transit Abu Dhabi (AUH) for maximum 12 hours.
24. Nationals of Nigeria must have a return ticket, and a hotel booking or proof of accommodation address for the period of intended stay.
25. This does not apply to passengers with a resident visa.
26. Passengers must wear mask and gloves.
27. All residents, tourists and transit passengers are require to obtain a negative COVID19 certificate before arriving into DXB or DWC.

34. Passengers entering United Arab Emirates from the United Kingdom are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival and quarantine until the result is ready.
35. Passengers arriving at DXB/DWC from all GCC countries have the following 2 options o Passengers can arrive with a negative COVID-19 test result and will be allowed entry into Dubai without a test on arrival. o Passengers can arrive without a Negative COVID-19 test result but will be required to conduct a PCT test on arrival
36. Holders of residency permits issued from Dubai, which are still valid, they can return to the country, where the grace period has been extended until 03/31/2021, provided that they obtain approval for a resident return permit through the following link https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitServiceForm.aspx
37. Holders of expired (Dubai) residencies, they cannot enter even if they have GDRFA approval, with the exception that if they are of the nationalities that are entitled to obtain a visa on arrival or have new visas for the nationalities that require them to obtain a visa.
38. Flights from South Africa are suspended until 12 Feb 2021.
39. Effective from 01 February 2021 the following conditions must be met for travel from Nigeria. Departing from Nigeria to Dubai: All passengers are required to obtain a negative COVID19 certificate. The PCR should be conducted within 72 hours of the date of departure All passengers are required to conduct a rapid COVID19 test and obtain a negative result within 4 hours of their departure time. Passengers must travel directly from Nigeria to Dubai. No passengers may enter Dubai from any other Country /station if they have visited or transited via Nigeria in the last 14 days
40. Effective from 31st January 2021 the following conditions must be met for all flights to/from DXB or DWC. UAE residents, GCC citizens & tourists arriving to DXB/DWC All UAE residents, GCC citizens, and visitors traveling to Dubai will need to do a pre-travel (before departure) PCR test, irrespective of the country they are coming from. Validity period of PCR tests had been reduced from 96 hours to 72 hours. If travelling from one of the Countries listed below a second test will also occur upon arrival in Dubai:

Asia : Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Tajikistan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippine, Uzbekistan.
South America : Argentina ,Brazil ,Chile.
UAE Nationals from all countries arriving to DXB/DWC All UAE Nationals are Not required to conduct PCR test before arriving at DXB/DWC , PCR Test on arrival only.
Transit passengers from all countries arriving at DXB/DWC All transiting passengers are not required to present a COVID 19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their final destination.
Effective from 12 February 2021, 00:01LT all direct and indirect operation of air services and passenger arrivals from Nigeria to the airports in United Arab Emirates are suspended, for the a period of two (2) weeks.
This decision includes, all passengers travelling to Dubai who have travelled to and/or visited Nigeria within fourteen (14) days prior to their entry in to the UAE.
The above does not apply to UAE Nationals and the decision does not apply to freighter operations and outbound passengers travelling from UAE airports to Nigeria.
Effective from 16th February 2021 – 00:00 hrs LT, all foreign carriers (not registered in UAE) who operates direct flights and/or indirect flights via intermediate point(s) from Yemen, whether scheduled and/or non-scheduled flights, are suspended, which includes all type of passenger, cargo and private aircraft operation, until further notice.

UNITED KINGDOM - published 17.02.2021 1. Passengers who have been in or transited through Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Ecuador, Eswatini, French Guiana, Guyana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Seychelles, South Africa, Suriname, Tanzania, Uruguay, Venezuela, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 10 days are not allowed to enter and transit This does not apply to:
- British nationals;
- nationals of Ireland (Rep.);
- residents of the United Kingdom.

3. Passengers entering or transiting through the United Kingdom must complete a completed "Public Health Passenger Locator Form" and present it to immigration upon arrival. The form can be obtained before departure at https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk This does not apply to military personnel with an exemption letter from the Ministry of Defence.
4. Heathrow: Oman Air will operate from Terminal 2 until further notice.
5. Passengers arriving from non-safe travel corridor countries (includes Oman), they can self-isolate for 5 days. On the 6th day, they can take a PCR test (at their cost and has to be arranged prior to arrival in the UK) and if the test is negative, they can then no longer required to be in self-isolation. 6. Passengers entering or transiting through the United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) Antigen, LAMP or PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English, French or Spanish.

7. Visitors due to arrive into the UK who have departed from or transited through Tanzania or Democratic Republic of the Congo in the last 10 days will not be permitted entry. This is regardless of whether the person has arrived directly or indirectly, but excludes British and Irish nationals and third country nationals with residence rights in the UK. This is in addition to the measure in place for those who have departed from or transited through South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. To meet the requirements to travel to the UK from these countries, British and Irish nationals will need a valid passport, and for third-country nationals with residence rights, the appropriate entry clearance or visa.
8. Effective 13:00 local time, 29 January 2021, passengers who have been in or transited through United Arab Emirates in the past 10 days are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to:
- British nationals;
- nationals of Ireland (Rep.);

19. So for example a Pakistani national holding a valid UK student visa can travel from Pakistan – Dubai – Muscat – UK. As the passenger has travelled through a banned country (UAE) they will be expected to self-isolate for 10 days. They will be considered a UK resident and the passenger exempt from the entry ban requirement
20. From 4am on 29 January 2021, British or Irish nationals or third country nationals with residence rights in the UK, who have departed from or transited through UAE, Rwanda or Burundi in the 10 days prior to their arrival in the UK, will need to self-isolate along with all other members of their household until 10 days have passed since the day after they departed from one of those countries (or another country subject to enhanced self-isolation measures). Unlike travel to the UK from other countries or territories, the current exemptions to this self- isolation requirement, including for air crew, have been suspended and all those entering the UK will be required to self-isolate along with members of their household. Any persons arriving in the UK after 4am on 29 January 2021, having departed from or transited through UAE, Rwanda or Burundi during the previous 10 days, cannot be released from self- isolation through Test to Release nor can members of their household isolating with them.
21. Flights from United Arab Emirates are suspended.
22. Effective 15th Feb 2021, Only British nationals, EU nationals with residency in UK and other nationals domiciled in the UK are allowed to enter the UK.
23. Passengers must have a negative PCR test done 72hrs before arrival.
24. Passengers must self-isolate for 10 days if arriving outside the red country list.
25. All passengers must fill in a PLF online.
26. If passengers are arriving from a red country list, then they need to fill an enhance PLF, book hotel accommodation for quarantine and declare this to UK Border Control.
27. Passengers must book a government appointed hotel (via the PLF) for quarantine purposes and will have to pay an advance fee of GBP 1,750 per person which will include government sponsored transport to the hotel and hotel accommodation/food for the duration and PCR tests.
28. Failure to do so will result in a fine of up to GBP 10,000 or a prison sentence up to 10 years.
29. All guest must have filled in the PLF correctly and where passengers are arriving from a red country that adequate hotel accommodation is booked as per the UK government’s regulations. Failure to check this and to see if they have a negative PCR test will result in the airline being fined GBP 2,000 per person. Red List Country arrivals
• Passenger must declare any red list country visited in past 10 days on PLF
• Government assisted Hotel Package MUST be booked in advance and entered on the PLF. (Cost £1,750 includes transfer, accommodation and two tests)
• Mandatory 10 days isolation (or 10 days from a positive test)
• Arrivals into UK can only be at one of following 7 commercial airports LHR LGW LCY BHX GLA EDI ABZ plus Farnborough for private aircraft. Discussions ongoing with Manchester but not confirmed yet.
• Same ban on overseas nationals as already in place (including flight crew) applies
All other countries (currently classified Amber)
• Passengers to pre-book Government managed PCR test package (this is additional to existing mandatory pre-departure tests)
• Tests at day 2 and day 8 at a package cost of £210
• Test booking must be entered on revised PLF
• The two mandatory tests do not shorten the 10 day self-isolation period
• Optional ‘Test to Release’ can be privately arranged after Day 5 to shorten self-isolation but the Day 8 Government test must still be taken

They must have a confirmed hotel accommodation for 10 days before departure.
- This does not apply to military personnel with an exemption letter from the Ministry of Defence.
A) PLF - Passengers who declare that they have been in or transited through a red-listed country in the last 10 days:
• Passengers who declare they have been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days will be prompted to book a managed quarantine service (MQS) hotel and testing package and enter the booking details on their PLF. They will not be able to complete the PLF unless they enter these details on the PLF.
• Therefore, any passenger that has been in a red-listed country should have MQS details, and this will be clearly displayed on the first page of the PLF. See examples attached.
• Some passengers may declare they have been in a red-listed country in the travel history section of the PLF, but mistakenly state they have not been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days when asked the question. This will mean there will not be MQS details for such passengers. Where this is the case, the passenger may be denied boarding.
• Carriers will not be held liable if the passenger deliberately conceals (fails to declare) on their PLF that they have been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days.
• Passengers who declare they have been in a red-listed country may only be conveyed to the approved MQS ports of arrival.
B) PLF - Passengers who declare on their PLF that they have not been in or transited through a red-listed country in the last 10 days:
• Passengers who declare they have not been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days are required to have a booking reference for post-arrival testing which they will undertake from private accommodation where they will be required to self-isolate for the first 10 days after arrival.
• Such passengers will automatically be prompted when they complete the PLF to enter a test booking reference number.
• Such passengers may be conveyed to any port of arrival.
C) PLF – Checks for services scheduled to arrive at all ports other than designated MQS ports of arrival:
• Ensure no passengers are permitted to board if they have declared on their PLF that they have been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days.
• When checking PLFs look for whether the passenger has declared that they have been in a red-listed country in the last 10 days. If they have, they should be denied boarding.
• The grounds to deny boarding is that the passenger would not be permitted to enter the UK on arrival if they are not a resident national, and the operator would be committing an offence to convey them.
D) PLF – Handling of passengers who claim they are exempt from MQS or testing:
• Some limited exemptions apply for MQS and post-arrival testing. The carrier may permit passengers who do not have such details on their PLF to board if they have a reasonable belief the passenger has a reasonable excuse for not booking a test or is exempt.
