6. Airline crew of foreign airlines:

    i) France restricts travel between people’s republic of china and French territory, in accordance with decree 2022-1771 dated December 30, 2022. Specific rules for travel from people’s republic of china to French territory. ​

Passengers aged 11 years old or older traveling from people’s republic of china to French territory shall present prior to boarding to air carrier the result of a biological examination of virological screening or the result of a test carried out less than 48 hours before the flight which does not conclude to a covid-19 contamination. the only tests accepted are those enabling the detection of the n protein of sars-cov-2.
    2. All passengers traveling from people’s republic of china to French territory shall present prior to boarding to air carrier a sworn statement indicating that:
    a. they do not show any symptom of covid-19,
    3. they have no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed covid-19 case within 14 days before the flight, they accept, for passenger aged 11 years old or older, to possibly take an antigenic test or Biological examination on arrival in French territory, they accept to remain reachable no more than 15 days after arrival, and, in case of positive biological examination that conclude to a covid-19 contamination on arrival on French territory, they commit to respect a 7 days isolation upon arrival and to conduct a biological examination at the end of this isolation period. ​
    4. Provisions 1 and 2 do not apply to crew members or personnel’s necessary for operation of passenger or cargo flights or travelling as passengers to or from their departure base.

    iii – For minor passengers, sworn statements may be signed by their legal representative. ​

    iv – Passengers must present, before check-in and boarding, all documents required for their travel, failure to provide these documents shall result in boarding denial. ​

    v –Passengers must keep all documents required for their travel until they reach their final destination in case of controls at arrival. ​

    vi – Health measures applicable to air transport for travel from people’s republic of china to French territory ​
    1. Any person aged 6 years old or more in aircraft used for public transportation must wear, from boarding, a single use surgical mask.
    2. The boarding shall be denied to any person aged 6 years or older who does not wear a surgical mask. This requirement shall not prevent the passenger from being asked to withdraw it for the purpose of identity check. ​ ​

  • passengers with a long term "D" visa issued by an EEA Member State or Switzerland;

3. Unaccompanied nationals of the Philippines younger than 4 years must have prior coordination by the airline with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) has announced a new travel requirement for all travelers (Qatar citizens, residents and visitors) entering Qatar who are coming from China. From 6pm Qatar time on Tuesday, 3 January 2023, all travelers coming from China (regardless of vaccination/immunity status) are required to submit a negative PCR test result at the check-in counter taken within 48 hours of the time of departure to the State of Qatar.

  • The result of the test;
  • The date the test sample was collected or received by the test provider (which must be no more than 2 days prior to departure);
  • The name of the test provider and their contact details (noting that there is no approved list of providers); and
  • The name of the test device or the type of test used. ​

  • Passenger with medical condition or disability which doesn’t allow them to take PDT.
