Customer Update 9
ON FLIGHTS
Wednesday December 22nd 2010
Important Notice
BAA authorities will only allow passengers carrying a print-out of their booking confirmation into the terminal at London Heathrow Airport
With London Heathrow gradually returning to normal operations, Oman Air flights are now back to normal schedule, pending future weather conditions. An extra flight will operate on 23rd December. See details here below.
Oman Air will continue to ensure that disruption to passengers on their scheduled flights is brought to an absolute minimum. This current situation is entirely outside and beyond our control.
Severe weather conditions in the UK have affected some of our flights. We are working hard to get our flights operating and our customers on their journeys at this important time of the year.
Customer Advice
- We advise all customers travelling on affected flights NOT to travel to airports unless you have been advised by our reservations staff or via our website update that the flight will be operating.
- Customers due to travel on affected flights should be prepared to travel to the airport at short notice once it becomes clear when flight services to and from London can resume.
