Oman Air Executive Managers Prepare for International Arena

Oman Air, the national airline in conjunction with Precept Management Consultancy and People Achieve recently, conducted world class competitive Leadership, Culture, and Executive Service Experience” course for their Omani Executive Management Team.
 
In this reared Amar Bin Nasser, Divisional Manager Human Resources and Administration said that organisations are struggling to find new ways to achieve strategic advantage in an increasingly competitive economic environment, and Often they are finding that the only sustainable source of competitive advantage is to unleash the power of their people to achieve the maximum value of their Human Capital. Ultimately, an organisation’s ability to survive, grow, and develop depends on its continually making the best use of its people.”
 
“Keeping in view the fast rising demand in the aviation industry, which is always in the grow up, the course honed the highly skilled visionary and directive management team of Oman Air. The course identified the changes in Oman Air’s dynamics by facing the challenges in building the roadmap for future cultural change to meet the entry of Oman Air into the international arena as a highly skilled competitor.” He added.

The course has certainly disclosed new opportunities and benefited those involved.”
 
From its side Corporate Communications and Media Department affirmed that the aviation sector remains to play a crucial role in the wider economic development of society. Today, aviation changed forever, with changed business models, challenges to the heritage of aviation, challenged management, and real challenges in training. It was now about survival, adding that being faced with these challenges, we must not fail.
