Current Actions

• Scheduled flights are currently operating as normal but may be subject to change to allow customers to reach their destination without being impacted by the curfew. Please visit www.omanair.com for updated information.
• With current security situation at Cairo Airport, we recommend that customers arrive at the airport at least five hours before departure to enable them process with security/immigration/customs.

1. Commercial Policy for customers due to travel on flights to/from Cairo until 15th February 2011

• Rebook - Customers due to travel on flights to/from Cairo until 15th February 2011 can rebook on another Oman Air flight to/from Cairo to the same destination/country on flights up until 31st March 2011 without any change of date penalties.

Sindbad Redemption tickets

• Customers traveling on redemption tickets are entitled to the same options and conditions as listed above
• Customers are able to rebook or re-route subject to redemption seats availability. Additional points/taxes may apply if re-routed

2. Commercial policy for customers due to travel on flights to/from Cairo after February 15th

• Normal fare rules apply.
