Commercial Update 4: LONDON FLIGHTS

1. Latest Information

• Severe weather conditions in the UK led to cancellation of WY flights to/from London on 18th, 19th and 20th December
• Normal flight schedules to/from London resumed from Tue 21st Dec
• We strongly advise that customers should only travel to the airport if they are holding a confirmed booking for the relevant flight
• We are planning to operate an additional flight on Thursday 23rd December to assist those customers who were due to travel on cancelled services. Details as follows:

 23^rd Dec  WY104     LHR-MCT             DEP 0800 ARR 1910

• We are in the process of rebooking and contacting customers but customers can also check themselves by going to  www.omanair.com and using the view itinerary section to see if you have a confirmed booking on these flights
• Customers travelling from London are advised that they MUST carry a booking confirmation with them at all times or they will not be allowed to enter the airport at Heathrow
• We have extended our offer of a full refund to those booked to travel on flights up until 25th December

2. Commercial Policy for customers due to travel on cancelled services or flights to/from London up until 25th December

Due to the severe weather disrupting flights to/from the UK, the following options are available to Oman Air Customers holding a valid Oman Air ticket for travel on a cancelled services or a flight to/from London up until 25th December 2010:

• Refund of unused flights if travel has not commenced – All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment
• Rebook – Customers can rebook on another Oman Air flight to the same destination/country or reroute to any other WY European destination  subject to availability in the same booking class without any additional collection/payment for Oman air flights up until August 31st 2011 ( All journeys must be completed by 31st August 2011)
• Customers who do not want a refund and do not want to rebook – An MCO may be raised for the unused portion of travel

Sindbad Redemption tickets

• Customers traveling on redemption tickets are entitled to the same options and conditions as listed above
• Customers are able to rebook or re-route subject to redemption seats availability. Additional points/taxes may apply if re-routed

Oman Air Holidays

• Customers travelling with Oman Air holidays are entitled to the same options and conditions as listed above

3. Commercial policy for customers due to travel on flights to/from London after 25th December

• Normal fare rules apply.

4. Others

• AD/ID ticketholders will not be reimbursed for out of pocket or accommodation expenses under any circumstances
