Due to the volcanic eruption in Iceland, the following options are available to Oman Air Customers holding a valid Oman Air ticket for travel on previously cancelled services.
- Refund of unutilized ticket – Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment without any penalty charge for claims made before 31st May 2010.
- Refund of partially utilized ticket – Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment as per the fare rule without any penalty charge for claims made before 31st May 2010.
- Non refundable ticket - Refund will be calculated based on the proportion of the journey utilized and will be credited back to the original form of payment without any penalty charge for claims made before 31st May 2010.

Rebook – Customers can rebook on another Oman Air flight to the same destination/country or reroute to any other WY European destination subject to seat availability in the same booking class without any additional collection for Oman air flights up until 31st December 2010. All journeys must be completed by 31st December 2010.
- Customers who do not want a refund and do not wish to rebook – An MCO may be raised for the unused portion of travel for travel on WY services only.
Sindbad Redemption tickets
- Customers are able to rebook or re-route subject to redemption seats availability for Oman Air flights up until 31st December 2010. Additional points/taxes may apply if re-routed.
Oman Air Holidays
- Customers travelling with Oman Air holidays are entitled to the same options and conditions as listed above for the flights only.
