Family Programme

You can also earn more Sindbad Miles by enrolling up to eight immediate* family members into our Family Programme using the Family Nomination Form included in your membership pack. Members of the Family Programme will be issued a Family Programme membership card that allows them to earn Sindbad Miles on your behalf.

To ensure the Sindbad Miles earned by your Family Programme members are credited to your account, Family Programme members must present their personalised cards when travelling, and quote their membership number at the time of booking or check-in.

One hundred percent of the Sindbad Miles earned by Family Programme members aged 12 or more will be credited to your account. You will receive 50% of the Sindbad Miles earned by Family Programme members aged 2 to 11.

Family Programme members will not earn any Status Miles and cannot earn Sindbad Miles for their activity with our programme partners. Family Programme members are not entitled to redeem Sindbad Miles they have earned for you, but you may redeem a reward in their name.

* Immediate family members include your spouse, siblings, children, parents, stepparents, grandparents and grandchildren.
