Oman Air Ranked Official 4 Star Airline® in Skytrax Airline Quality Audit
Business Class Seat Named as One of Top Three in the World

Oman Air has been awarded an official four-star quality and service ranking following a recent Skytrax Airline Quality Audit. In addition, Skytrax has named Oman Air’s Business Class seat as one of the top three business class airline seats in the world.
The revised ranking follows a period of significant growth and development for the airline, which has seen the introduction of luxurious new Airbus A330 aircraft and the launch of new routes across Europe, the Middle East, East Africa and South and South East Asia.
Skytrax, which is recognised worldwide as a leading independent authority on airline quality and assessment, conducted the audit in January and February of this year and examined all product and service delivery areas of Oman Air’s operations.
The last Skytrax audit was conducted a number of years ago and awarded Oman Air a three-star ranking. Oman Air’s new Official 4 Star Airline® ranking signifies that the airline has achieved a good standard of product across all travel categories, with good standards of staff service delivery in both the onboard and airport environments.

Since the Skytrax Airline Quality Audit of Oman Air was carried out, the airline has made further enhancements to its products and services, including the introduction to its fleet of two Embraer 175 jets, which will operate on regional routes. A further three Embraers will follow, whilst the last of Oman Air’s seven Airbus A330s will be received this year.
