Oman Air Appoints GSA in SYRIA

Mr. Abdulrazaq Alraisi, Oman Air’s Senior Manager Sales said “Appointing Julia Dumna as our GSA in Syria falls in line with the airline’s strategy, initiated to expand our services in the Middle East. We are certain that with an experienced and professional Company like Julia Dumna, Oman Air will get the necessary support to develop its business in Syria once the service is launched and enhance its presence among the holiday-seekers in the GCC and Middle East region.”

He added: “As the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, we are always looking for new opportunities to expand our operations to the Middle East and other international destinations. Adding new destinations and increasing frequencies to the region is a vital component of our strategy. This month, Oman Air will commence operations to London “on November 26” and to Bangkok “on November 28”,  further boosting our destinations to 25

We will do our utmost to establish excellent business opportunities, facilitate communication and customer satisfaction through our specialized skilled workforce and associate partners”.

He added: This appointment is another essential step in building bridges for the Sultanate’s flag carrier in Syria, and will help us to use Oman Air’s network to build up passenger and leisure traffic to  Damascus given the fact that the airline provides good flight connections with minimum transit periods.

This new service will consequently result in boosting the Economical and Tourism industries in both the brotherly nations .
