As football fever sweeps the globe in the run-up to the 2010 World Cup, Oman Air has announced that it is to be the Official Carrier of the Sultanate of Oman’s first ever World Cup Village.

Oman’s national airline will be sponsoring Oman’s World Cup Village throughout the tournament, from the opening ceremony on Thursday 11th June to the World Cup Final on Sunday 11th July.

Oman Air Celebrates Flights to Lahore, Islamabad

Oman Air the national carrier of Oman celebrated its recently launched flights to Lahore and Islamabad with gala events hosted by the Management of Oman Air. In Islamabad, the occasion was held at Serena Hotel, whereas in Lahore, the Pearl Continental hotel hosted the function. Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman will launch on May 3rd its services between Muscat, capital of the Sultanate of Oman, and Al Ain, in the UAE. The carrier offers passengers daily flights between Al Ain and Muscat.
